Test Driver - Private Instructor - Professional Driver
Please use my videos as a source of knowledge, study them as I have over the years, learn what you can, could, or shouldn’t do! The next shelf of speed will always feel wrong...do your homework and approach risk in small increments 🖖
As someone used to manual trans during abuse this is my ticket for this stuff like this. Pure control no guessing when the damn tcm is gonna do something funky. I am the one who can make it funky. Long live the manual vette
Rookie!!!! Learn to handle your car!!!! Just saying!!!! So says a COTA instructor!!!! Just learn the throttle of the beast you are driving, slow down a fraction and smooth out your hands and anticipate and life will be better!!! Just saying!!! So says Austin Tx!!!! 😎🍸
How does this compare to the stock diff? I have seen lots of conflicting information, key board warriors claim that the mod is not faster on their calculation spreadsheets . ?
It's track dependent but in general awesome, you gotta be up a gear and flat. Less shifting, like you won't use 2nd as much because of the shift time loss...
Curious to know the reasons for short-shifting. Is it engine oil starvation during high g and load situation or sth else? I guess this is the reason dry-sump system exists?
Ummm, maybe 650ish? That car always sucked...brakes never worked. What's funny about this lap, it's just 1 lap on. I didn't notice the lap time until I got home...I never had brakes in this car :(
Love watching your videos, do you think there was anything that you could do to improve brakes ? Or just too much R&D vs what the car was worth or capable of ?
This is the Daddy of koenigsegg, hear the sound this gotta be my favourite V8 roar with supercharger. 550hp for this one, now I know why I get goosebumps everytime I hear a CCR and above because they have plus 800hp.
Is it a good track car? I mean ,i heard bad comments about it but it looks so fucking cool and sexy to be so slow on the track😢 Is it really that bad? For example, compared to a GT3 or even a GT3 rs
As a M/C racer first, I cannot fathom Ty, Dustin, Alan, and JC have gone faster than this time ON A BIKE?! I just don't know HOW? 1:14.XX in a stocker is mind blowingly fast, but good grief Texas has some incredibly talented drivers and riders taking it to the LIMIT!!! Let's not forget to mention Jason Hart's driving in this paragraph as well as you Adam?!
It was SOOOOOO friggin' dark and unexpectedly so the one session I did... like first Race of Carroll Shelby at LeMans in Ford v Ferrari DARK!!! GREAT showcase, great soundtrack choice too LOL 😆
Yes and yes...shift speed is crucial for a fast lap and especially at COTA. If you want the lap time, you gotta move your hands quickly but surgically 😊 I was near flat shifting ha
