1-It doesn't make sense to use many soldiers spread out because if there are several armed people in the room, they become easy targets in 50/50 clashes. 2-It makes no sense for the soldiers to show their faces. Instead, it is just a matter of observational tricks and loud communication with those in the room. Preferably while hidden and out of sight or location of the target. 3-The support team should not be visible or locatable but rather on escape routes where the target can turn his back while passing through.
