Ye baat koi nehin batata hai lekin automatic stabilizer ki transformer design bhi secondary coil ki voltage ki hisab se primary lv coil me dal dete hain
First turns per layer k baad, bobbin ki central hight zada ho jaye gi, approximate wire gauge k equal increase aaye ga. Es hi trha her layer main wire ki height us k Cross Session k hisab se increase hoti jaye gi, jis ki wajha se her layer main phly se zada wire length use hogi,, In simple words, each layer may cantain more weight and length of wire due to increase in size of central area of bobbin, So, to get accurate weight and length of wire , (2 x Diameter of wire) will be added/plus with each layer. Otherwise length and weight of wire will decrease. In above formula, there is no any addition function which shows increase in height, with addition of layers of turns. That's is why the calculation is not accurate, need to be corrected. Hope this will help the viewer.
Sir why don't you suggest some platforms to learn these skills and become transformer electrical design Engineer I am working as transformer test engineer in Toshiba could you suggest some courses for that it could help me Thank you in advance..
