For the dough: 200g of all purpose flour 100g of durum wheat semolina Half tsp of honey 1 tsp of olive oil Salt 1/4 tsp of dry yeast Lukewarm water to form a ball (Let it rest for 1 hour) Sprinkle some durum wheat semolina mixed with 1 tsp of baking soda and add some oil between the layers.
Another thing you can do, similarly to peaches, is boil them a bit! It really improves the texture! Also, with the butter in the crumble part. I beg you do not use baking block or margarine. They will make the crumble taste disgusting
For the base : 2 lotus biscuits 1tbsp of butter (melted) For the cream : 50g of cream cheese 40ml of whipping cream 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1tbsp of icing sugar 1tsp of lotus spread Whisk to stiff peaks For the decoration: Lotus spread (melted) Lotus biscuit (Refrigerate for 1 hour )
Ingredients: 3 nectarines 1 and half tbsp of brown sugar Vanilla extract 2 tsp melted butter For the crumble: 40g of flour 30g of light brown sugar 30g of butter melted and cooled A pinch of salt
For the base: 60g crushed biscuit 40g melted butter For the cream: 120ml whipping cream 100g cream cheese 2 tbsp shredded coconut Vanilla extract 40g of sugar For the topping: 100g milk chocolate 50g heavy cream (Melt them in the microwave)
