The feet should be facing forward, and though it’s hard to tell here the hands should be as far back as possible. I also think that the stance itself is an exercise, and doing it longer is the best way to make it harder. After all, it’s about increasing internal power, not muscle strength. But that’s just my opinion.
This is a Low stance, not a Horse Riding Stance; You will get knock off a horse’s back right away…… Go ride a real horse, then teach the Horse Riding Stance….
Very good if you get a snake and study it then you’ll see that it doesn’t make these movements. If you study a Emu or Ostrich then you’ll notice that they make exactly the same moves as taught in the system rather than a snake. Understanding the soul through Chi is more important that trying to always look good and powerful. If you study and find what I am saying is true then change your martial arts badge to one with a Emu or one with a Ostrich. Respect the soul to understand Chi. ⚡️🤴🏽🕉🔺➕
