Fortunately, it was easy to void the bad label, figure out how to get into advanced settings and change the paper size. It was a long day already. LOL
@@enko.labels My other favorite game of theirs is how they keep magically finding ways to turn on offers. "Oh, did you change shipping options. I'll turn on offers. Oh, qty change? Offers on. You want to advertise that now? You know what goes great with advertising... offers."
I can't test this but have you checked, eBay shipping label from the View return details section> Select Send an eBay shipping label.> Confirm your return address on the label. Along one of these steps you should see the option to "Switch to basic shipping" at the top right again. This should be on the page where you confirm the package details.
my QL-700 printed last week,. now it wont. the label cartidge is correct. the cables are correct. the labels will not move even when the "Feed" is pressed. i have uninstalled and instaled the drivers
If it is frozen even when you press feed I would power it down and look for a label jam or debris around the sensor. If nothing is found it might still work after due to the power reset. If that does not work please let me know, I will dig deeper.

I’m trying to figure out when I receive orders how does that happen. I’m starting a small business and need the information to send out to the address. I have a scale but don’t know if I need it.
The following is assuming your system it not automated. When the order comes in you would need to copy the address to USPS and generate the label. If you have a small business I recommend stamps.com or shipstation. You can integrate these into your selling platform and automate some steps and get better rates. Having a scale is important for weighting the products but also once the order is packed as well. You will need the weight after it is packed. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
I made a free trial and compared their rates to Pirateship and their rates are 7%+ more expensive. Plus you have to pay the monthly fee which makes it ridiculously expensive compared to the free options.
Dymo got too greedy. Their series 5 printers are selling way below MSRP with poor ratings on Amazon. They also have to deal with a ton of returns from customers that had no idea about the DRM labels.

For those new to eBay selling, you may have to click on “go to advanced shipping” from the orders page. This will bring you to the page that OP is on, where you’re able to change the label size to 4x6. Thanks OP, you saved me from some serious frustration!

When I try to plug the printer directly into the second computer (laptop) it does not print my label correctly. Only a 2x2 section of the whole label prints. I have tried multiple things and still does not print correctly.
This sounds like the printer defaults are different on the second computer. Sometimes the setting for the printer on the computer (not the document or software) need to match because they will override the "print job" settings. I believe that is the issue. If not let me know what your settings are and I will try to recreate the issue on my end and find a solution.
So both computers have to be on in order for the second computer (laptop) to be able to print? I just tried with my imac off which the printer is connected to. It doesn't work.
Can be several reasons, system slow to update, barcode not scanning, or unfortunately it could be lost. You can request a search if it has missed the delivery window usually.
They do not for wifi. Here is what I found "No, your Static QR Codes will not expire. Once a Static QR Code is created, it will remain active/work indefinitely because this QR Code type directly encodes the data you enter."
