I didn’t have any problems opening the bladder, but it was very difficult for me to remove the bite valve from the tube, and the tube from the bladder. I found that running the parts where they connect under hot water for 1 minute helped considerably, although a great deal of force was still required to separate them for the first time

Why hang the reservoir with the sealed end at the bottom, instead of having the opening at the bottom to drip dry. Why use the magnet instead of having it hang dry? Using the magnet doesn't allow the water to drip down and dry?

Why are you weakening and economizing your products while your customers need to buy these products for long-term use and compatible with special conditions? FAIRPOINT backpacks in their old design had an internal compartment and partition, which you have removed in the new model and the customer has to pay again to have partitions, and you have named this "environment friendly", "eco-friendly" !!! Also, this bag DAYLITE , this version in the video was much more completed and durable and well-designed, while in the new version, many features have been removed....at least you can stop calling this trend "environment friendly", "eco-friendly"

Where does one find a place to get these molded? I have an older Aether 85 with a custom molded belt I had done. It is currently going through the RMA process to repair quite a few failures, but I need to also remold the waist band, as it does not sit right on me at all anymore, and as far as I can tell no one has the equipment to do this anymore? The place I had it originally done closed years ago, and when I tried to get it done at a REI 6 or so years ago they said they will only mold backpacks purchased from them. That location also no longer has the machine last I checked around 2 years ago.

I appreciate the effort that went into making this! After a decade of Osprey loyalty I was getting curious about how it all comes together, and what kind of mad scientists are designing these things. Loved to see it.

Oh, I thought I'll learn something about your backpacks .. got 4% intro instead. If it was king of irony I haven't got it/ If you still make backpacks, then maybe reconsider advertisement and think of majority of your clients, not minorities.

What xxxxxxx says is also valid for the 50 liters; so I wonder what type of sleeping bag (size, filling, season...) Osprey shows on its videos: child size, summer season, synthetic filling...? In any case, certainly not a 3 or 4 season adult bag, natural filling! And I'm not talking about the (still!) reduced opening on the 2024 version. To be completely honest, obviously all brands have the same process: reduce their costs by reducing the length of the openings, removing closed/zipped pockets and replacing them with those stupid open mesh pockets at the bottom! [sarcasm mode on] Genius idea to make us "Little Thumb" [/sarcasm mode off]

I've been struggling to attach Daylite Pro to Farpoint Trek 75 on the front side for a good 20 minutes. Guides on the internet, including this one keep claiming they're compatible, yet the female clips on Farpoint and male clips on the Daylite Pro are incompatible in size. Bit disappointed since I bought the Daylite for sole purpose of it supposedly sticking well with the Farpoint Trek.

I wish you would include a “inner width” around the neck for the shoulder straps on your size charts. I ended up buying the Aether instead of the Ariel because I was worried the Ariel was too narrow for me. The Aether wasn’t a perfect fit but I ended up keeping it anyways because I feel like the best way to try out a pack properly is to use it, and you can’t really send back a used pack.

I'd love to see this without a tpu coating that'll ripple at some point. Plus outer side compression straps to compact the whole thing down in thickness. Otherwise it'd be my go to option!
