So Very Hard To Go was my favorite TOP song of all time. Don't know how many times I listened to this song in '73. This song topped at number 3 on KHJ in LA. in '73. BTW Albany Oregon has a radio station called KHJ Boss Radio which tries to emulate the music of KHJ in it's hey day.
Doc Kupka is truly one of the best saxophonists out there. Whether you're in a club in New Orleans, Memphis or Chicago you won't find a better sax player.
Singer’s different then the past TOP singers..but he’s good. Band sounds good. Nice lead tpt. Could do without all the choreography..kind of cheesy and jive.Maybe it’s part of the 12 steps program?
I been following this band for the entirety of their career, and they have always been great. I have to admit this singer to me just does not fit. Although he has a great voice and dynamics, to me he vocal styling just doesn't fit!
These guys are good folk singers with fair cover of Counting Crows. Not much of a Counting Crows fan however. Thanks 7Janeway you're so nice posting these concerts for those who can't make it there for whatever reason.
La Rhonda is so right we are all important. La Rhonda has a little gospel in her yet she knows Jesus looks at all of us as important. The group did a great cover of one of Stevie's best, Signed Sealed Delivered.
From Hallelujah to Tom Petty wow they were entertaining a lot here. The singer was hard to understand sometimes as his Neil impression were a bit overdone.
That's my kind of song forever in blue jeans. The crowd went wild to the Neil Diamond penned song I'm A Believer. Of course, the Monkees made this song popular with the only Monkee now left singing it -Dolenz.
Super Diamond is really getting into the groove now. It's amusing to hear the instrumentals in between songs of other bands. They have fun with other people's songs.
Lee sings Wind Beneath My Wings very well especially since it's not a country song. Lee is a true patriot. Building houses for combat veterans is just something no one does with the exception of people like Lee. I just want to say the lighting is equal to the lighting you'd see at much larger venues in LA and other cities in the USA.
7janeway you certainly have captured Lee quite well. The stage looks to be different from years past. It appears to be much larger with some cool soft lighting. From the busy young Mothers and Fathers to those with mobility issues to sailors on ships we thank you for posting. You are appreciated.
She sounds nothing like she did when she was younger. The timbre of her voice has gotten higher, it usually lowers as people age. Even her speaking voice is higher pitched than when she was younger. I'm not knocking her, she just sounds different. She still looks good for her age too. Looks like she's gained a little bit of weight. That's a good thing, she looked very skinny in pictures I saw of her a few years ago.
OMG 35 years of the same music and trying to stay 16-wow impressive! I wanted to listen but I am sick of this music but shes been pulling it off for 35 years-shew wow!
