The app UT introduced in the video is available throughout Korea. However, if you are far away from Seoul, I recommend using a 'Kakao taxi' app. Maybe there are more taxis that are affiliated. Korea has almost the same public transportation system regardless of region and taxi also:) You can take a taxi from Seoul to Suwon, but it will be quite expensive. If you use the Naver map app, you will know the estimated taxi fare and public transportation route. Maybe you'll get on the 'red' bus, if you take it, you'll be able to get there conveniently by public transportation. There may be differences in details such as the bus stop number system, but Busan is not much different from the public transportation system I told you in the video:) So if you've seen this video, you won't have any problems using public transportation in Busan also!
