Business wise he’s a genius and without him Vegas wouldn’t be what it is now… Wynn Resorts will forever be THE elite casino of choice. He truly was VEGAS and still is, his legacy will forever live long in Sin City. King Steve Wynn forever and ever. It was such a pleasure to have worked at his property when he was still in charge. Met him several times and his whole family, truly miss him and I thank his wise leadership so much.
We were just there for a family vacation. The food was not good. The pool staff were nice. The resort is pretty but we were moved 3 times and the second room had a rug under both beds that were soaking wet. Lifting up, it was black. When complaining the staff behind the desks were nasty. We at at Zamia’s one night and out of the six of us - 5 meals were sent back. You would think the waiter or chef would come out to inquire? No. Very sad. I feel like my family/retirement vacation was totally ruined. We left mid week and went to another resort. The hotel did not refund anything g except for the excursions we booked and were leaving. Oh, btw - the tv excursion people left my son behind in the lobby , where they told them to meet, which I heard with my own ears. He is 6’7” and hard to miss. They left without him. Just a horrible experience.
