Great video But cloves contains eugenol which if not taken moderately can damage the liver I heard that too much cloves can have a damaging effect on the liver
The ingredients is good but the method of making is wrong and all the vitamin C destroyed because you are over boiling the mixture ..add lemon..last and remove quickly from the stove....tq❤❤❤

Nice video. One thing though, it is best to add the lemon juice last after the water has cooled down. Boiling water actually damages the nutrients in the lemon juice.
