Hi I'm new to caravaning and I think this is the same model as mine but I can't seem to ignite it on gas, I can hear the ignition timing away and I've purged the gas through to the hob and fire so thers gas But still the fridge won't work. Any suggestions, is there a reset button or fuse I need to change,? I've took the vents off the outside of the caravan but I can't seem to get through to the gas chamber to clean out.
Yes all the gas is on and I've checked the manifold that's under the cooker and the valves are all open. , would it have a fuse or reset button, my caravan is in storage and I've only had it a couple of months, learning how things work as they should before going on my first trip. So I've not even tried anything on electric either,
@@andrewturpin1994 why didn't you turn the power off to the water heater before doing this testing. Surges in voltage to an Alde or Truma combi will just kill the pcb.
Hi, do you have a specific lead that you use to do this? I'm also an engineer and am struggling to find a way to test the RCD, without tripping the site supply. I’m looking for something that will stop the site supply from tripping so I’m solely testing the Caravans RCD. What I need is a way of testing RCD2(caravan) without tripping RCD1(site) Do you think you could help me?
Yes, the best way is an isolating transformer, see this link to my Facebook page m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=3518985681506604&id=937041416367723
