I have a 2004 Honda CRV-EX. Had it coded today for all 4 ignition coils going out. Those were the only codes. Replaced those and the spark plugs. Im also have an issue with RPM drop out. It starts fine in park, warm or cold, drives fine, even when stopped, but when put back in park after driving, the RPMS fall out and sometimes recovers or sometimes stalls the engine out. Any thoughts?
It's been a long time since you released this video so I really hope you are still able to help. My only question is this, how do you know that particular sensor is the issue? At first I got the P0718 error code which told me, "INPUT, turbine speed sensor circuit intermittent." That lead me to believe it was the inner sensor on the transmission. After doing research i found out there are 3 in total. Inner and outer sensor (on the front of the transmission facing the radiator. Then the sensor you replaced near the driver side front. Are you sure that one sensor you replaced is the issue and not the front inner for me?
HI, Danilo, maybe your IAC does not working anymore! If it turne freely or the magnet maybe is not working anymore, and take a peek at your vaccum line! And the part from the air box to the throttle body!
Nive, a car all clean looks alot better! And mine too a 2023 Mojave I keep it as clean as I can and mine too is in showroom condition! Thanks for the comment, have a great day
Those are not philips screws. They look like philips screws but they are not. They are JIS screws, and philips screwdrivers cam out and strip them. You need a set of JIS screwdrivers, they don't strip on these when you use the right tool.
Please when you make next video remember that people are watching so you have to guide them step by step on what you're doing , you are the Teacher now. When and how did you take out the old sensor and put back the new one? thanks for the video, do it right so I can subscribe
Thanks for the comment! This video is old and then I was learning alot about making videos better and still today I'm trying to make my videos better to please my viewers. Thank you for the constructive comment.
In Canada, winter time, the city puts salt on the road to melt the ice and the snow, that makes are cars rust like crazy, and in some regions the city puts sand and that sandblast your car!! So all Canadian Cars if their used in winter, they are rusted like in my video! Stay tunned I'm planning to go to a reckyard and make many videos on HOW TO, and look at all the rust everywhere! Thanks for the comment Max
Me too I find it so boring! I look at other videos ( in California or florida, or any parts in the world that has no winter, and the cars are rust free, everywhere!! just amazing
I am a professional mechanic and it is IAC idle air control and this could be a common problem on any fuel injected car. Also vacuum leaks can cause this issue
I drive a 2000 Camry with the 2.2 l in mine does that sometimes If I start it up when the engine is still warm. I call it Galloping. It stops once I put the car in gear or I tap hic accelerator.
