I'm the granddaughter of Puerto Rican Louis Perez y the Milagros.... There are Hispanic and immigrant pawns of USA,VA, NC and Izreal who insist I'm not and that my kin aren't my kin whether P.R. or Texas. They use blacks and Hispanic liars who vie for money, clout, authority and power. I descend genetically from PR and USA people and a descendant de la Taino. They lie and steal my honor and try to destroy family links between kin at USA or anywhere for money, etc. It's jealous hate bait back stabbing strife that also happened before at the level of the cabinets and allies of former President Clinton and former President D.J. Trump's violent henchmen and men. They blame war means mo rules and they blame it all on military training. They blame others and they collide with each other to tag team ILLEGALLY according to all the rules and laws. I've known nothing else of supposedly ONLY politics.

So much for a memorial!!! If the towns mayor had that built, why couldn’t they keep it up? What a shame. If the government can’t keep it up then the people of the town should. It’s a memorial for those THEY lost.

How dare you speak European languages and utilize written history without acknowledging cultural appropriation. How dare you. "Natives" in the Caribbean kept slaves and ate people. These are also facts. How dare you?

Hate groups who are jealous of our pride of being Puerto Rican and of our mixed heritage with Spanish, Taino and African only that weather some like it or not we are mostly or more Spanish then Taino or African. People dont read or dont use their common sense. Puerto Rico being a small island was not meant to harbor big amounts of slaves, these were meant for the Americas, only few slaves were left in Puerto Rico while they were mostly stationed in Hispañola and Cuba...reason why Puerto Rican DNA is mostly Spanish European or at least over 60 percent and the other of course some have more African but always with their mixture of some White or Taino. Just like Puerto Ricans of today we are the same as those in the past and treated blacks as just another Puerto Rican. Dont bring your hates and prejudices to Puerto Rico.

Slavery was common in that era. Even Africans and the indigenous peoples of the Americas had slaves at certain times.

In actuality, Puerto Rico hardly had an independence movement. The "grito" mentioned in the video was funded mostly by the United States and Venezuela.

If it weren't for Spain, Puerto Rico would not exist today. Spain gave Puerto Rico its language and Christian faith. The vast majority of the cities and towns in Puerto Rico were established by the Spanish. When the United States took Puerto Rico from Spain in 1898, Puerto Ricans had representation in the Spanish Congress since Puerto Rico had become an overseas province by then. Puerto Rico has been with the United States since 1898 and it has no representation in the American Congress.

You sound crazy. If it wasn't for Spain they would still have their original language and religion. You have a colonializm mindset. you think that Spain did them a favor? The indigenousness people were living just fine, with no diseases or capitalism, war or racism. you act like the Christian faith is something to be proud of, while loosing your history langue and way of life. You people just love your oppressors, and your European white people. so sad. smh. bought them the Christian faith. don't you know that the Christian faith is from Africa, its not from Spain. Christianity is an African religion. the igbo tribe. you should look this stuff up. that's why Hitler didn't like the religion he clearly said it was a N66er religion. you have no ideal about history. your lost. all this information on the internet and you haven't studied nothing. so sad. you should also, look up the black moors who inslaved Spain and brought them civilization.

Ahhh...Spaniards did "NOT" give us language, faith.....that was "FORCED ON THE TAINOS"!......"YOUR NAME IS JOSE AND YOU ARE A "CHRISTIAN""......or else....
@valentinr.dominguez2892

@juanrios9846 The Spanish friars learned the native languages and evangelized in those languages, not in Spanish. The native languages at best had pictorial characters. They did not have an actual alphabet. The Spanish adapted their alphabet to the native languages, and thanks to that, the native speakers could start recording their lives and histories, which up to that point they had not been able. The Spanish applied grammar to the native languages. Thanks to that, some of these native languages had a grammar before several European languages. Today, in the Spanish speaking countries in the Americas, there are millions of native speakers in these countries who still speak their native languages. In Puerto Rico, the native population intermarried with the Spanish. This is reflected in the DNA of more than 60 percent of Puerto Ricans who have between 10 to 30 % of their DNA being Taino. This is no different from the Spanish who speak a language that is not native to them. They speak a language derived from Latin, which came from Rome.
@valentinr.dominguez2892
@valentinr.dominguez2892 9 месяцев назад
The Taino were never enslaved because the Spanish crown prohibited the enslavement of the native peoples of Americas. The Spanish crown also encouraged and promoted intermarriage. This is why more than 60% of Puerto Ricans have Taino ancestry.

El trato de los ingleses a los aborígenes australianos. El trato y exterminio y apartamiento de las tribus indias de Norteamérica.

I had just gotten married when this happened i lived on the ither side of the hill in la Ferran, my wife at the time and i went to see what happened and it was very surreal it was unbelievable some houses were upsidedown and the by the 3rd day the smell was starting to set in, a smell you never forget, i was also a gravedigger at the cementerio civil so i knew that smell, this event changed a lot of peoples lives, 2 years later i moved to Los Angeles, where i still live.
