Hey I was wondering could you do videos for preventative maintenance and oiling and installing the cap driver on the Tajima TMEZ?

Hello David ben Emanuel Fisher I am a sewing machine repairer in France, and I would like to reproduce your experience with the same pattern as the one you used in your video in order to reach the same conclusions as you, going a little further. On my channel, I dismantle the machines to show what's inside, understand how it works and why one model would be better than another. Since the beginning of my channel, I have wanted to make the comparison between a PR and an SAI. Last week, a customer took one to me for repair. The opportunity for me to disassemble the two machines and make a point-by-point comparison. The question then arises about the embroidery test to do. I said to myself that the best thing was to contact you to ask if you would agree to send me the same reason as the one you used in order to maintain "scientific" consistency and to show that your video is not bullshit. Of course, I would cite you as well as the video and your channel on my own video and I would reference you in the link in the description. I thank you in advance Wilk-Teste Thibaut, Fil-Mécanique
1. Make sure it’s a Reciprocator for a single head not the same as do a multi head on this model. 2. Try getting hold of a complete re reciprocator set it’s much easier than just changing the reciprocator itself.
Hello, I ask you to help me. I have a Maya embroidery machine made in the year 2020. I tried to set the needle shaft to 174 according to the electronic setting option in the machine screen, which is the option to put the needle down, but it was not set with me, unfortunately. Please help me in this matter
Not so familiar with that model but lower dead point is set using the needle bar connecting stud and it should be 178 degrees for a bridge machine and 180 degrees for an arm machine and then the top dead centre must be set to 0 degrees you can hit do the one setting you need to do both
This comparison is very helpful. We understood that the high RPM advertised by Brother is valid for 1-5 mm stitch lengths only, and the speed will automatically drop depending on the stitch length - like in this video. While Tajima SAI's 800 RPM speed is much more consistent for small to wide stitch lengths, although it will also drop when sewing wider stitches - but not as drastic as Brother's.
Poppy you are right , basically Tajima technology is passed down from their industrial machines , and Brothers Technology is based on there domestic machines.
If you think logically- Brother have gone from making domestic sewing machines and now make a commercial machine -besides all the other equipment that they manufacture.Tajima has gone from making industrial embroidery machines and used that same technology to make a commercial machine -Tajima only make embroidery machine no other equipment .The Tajima to give a better end result without fail.
If it’s a bridge type machine you need to turn it to the lower dead position - 178deg and adjust the top collar - this should really be done with a pick gauge , but if you do not have one if you are persistent you will hit the sweet spot . This is the point where the reciprocator goes up regards less of the direction that you turn the shaft
@@balladares99 I have worked with Tajima for the past 30 years. I have received product and technical training from Tajima. I have 7 years of experience running a factory with 150 heads and 23 years of experience as a supplier of the Tajima embroidery machine. In my opinion, Tajima has no match in machine quality and embroidery quality , its the best machine money can buy.

hello everyone i have a problem After the embroidery machine works, the thread is wrapped around the working needle. How can I fix this problem? I would appreciate if you help.
serkan çelik 1.make sure that the thread is going through the take up spring correctly. 2.check that the hook timing is correct 198 deg to 200 deg. Check that the space between the hook point and the needle is not too much .
Hello, I am a student from Kyrgyzstan. Now I interesting in this business, so I need help and consultation. Can we communicate? plz, if it is possible. my what's up +996772184591 or makulbekibraimov00@gmail.com
I prefer Ricoma over anything based on the accessories you get at the set price but what the actual fuck, the Brother PR1050X goes up to 1000 spm, you put it on a slower speed setting which is obvious.
Your analysis is too simple the longer satin stitch is what drops the average speed lower as the stepping motors can only move at a certain maximum speed,The Tajima operating software that controls the superior quality stepping motors is what allows the Tajima to be quicker than other models, as well as the speed of the colour change mechanism. This is a result of Tajima;s Superior R&D.Keep in mind Brothers priority product is not Embroidery machines its Printers, so the focus is lost.
Speed setting is the same it’s the long stitch that it has to slow down more than the Tajima because of the size and quality of the stepping motors for X and Y as well as software
Ricoma is biased and based on the reviews it's a 50/50 chance you'll get a bad machine. I'm thinking about the Happyjapan and the Tajima. I been x the brother machines soon as I found out they don't keep a consistent speed.
Prem Giri I am selling and repairing the embroidery equipment for a company this is a customer of mine in Lesotho so it’s not possible for me to arrange employment -Sorry
Before I forget I owe you big THANK YOU . with your videos couple times i have been able to fix my machine which my employee broke . Thanks a lot all your videos . i watch all of them even though i do not have the same type of machine just for knowledge i watched them all . You are the only and best one who makes great explanation about how to fix problem on tajima machines . THANK YOU SO MUCH .
Hi there , I have Tajima Tejt II- C1501 and I am having a Stop Position Error Code 211 . Can you make a video about how to fix this problem ? Let me explain what happening . First of all when you turn it on the machine first screen shows frame type (FLAT) and initialize (on) part when you hit the set it is giving this error , when you hit the X sign which is cancel or stop job button screen shows that needle is not on the position which supposed to be . manually on the shaft I bring the needle on the screen and now you are able to see the needle number you are going to work on but when you hit the set button again it gives the same error code . Can you please make a video about that ? I really needed . There is no technicians around me and i need this machine to work .
i fixed the error code 211 . but now the needles are jumping idk how to fix that i know how to adjust neede bars they all the same upper point and lower point i already adjust it but still they are jumping . another problem that i saw when the machine turned on usually when u push the presser food it should go down and lock itself but . noe its not moving what might cause that ?
You need to change both the Fixed knife and the movable knife, then you adjust the 2 until it is manually cutting .The fixing of the fixed knife is where you need to focus. Debe cambiar tanto la cuchilla fija como la cuchilla móvil, luego ajustar el 2 hasta que se corte manualmente. La fijación de la cuchilla fija es donde debe enfocar.
Rose Rodgers consider this , Tajima have taken their R and D from their industrial machines and developed a commercial embroidery machine Brother are coming from domestic machines and developing a commercial machine The Tajima can not be matched
@@Davidfisheremb I am about to pull the trigger and purchase A Tajima Sai but there aren't too many tutorials or videos out there to learn the machine, would you mind making more videos of the SAI machine please? THAT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL👏
