I grew up in Italy in the 1960s and I have vivid memories of their tv shows on RAI, the Italian public tv network.

Cause of the interviewers German-English (Denglisch) I can write this in German, my own language: Es ist natürlich bei jedem Auftritt der 3 Brüder (wenn Wikipedia tatsächlich bzgl. Geburtsdaten vertraut werden kann, ist Per, der älteste, 6 Wochen jünger als ich) auch in den 2010er-Jahren bemerkbar, daß sie in ihrem US-Aufenthalt eine gute Tanzausbildung hatten und außerdem selbst unter a capella - Bedingungen gute Solosänger sind. Beim ESC ist nun 'mal eine gute Choreographie eminent wichtig. Darüber hinaus natürlich auf nationaler Basis Promotion. Ich denke dabei an Finnland, wo trotz langer Erfolglosigkeit der ESC in der Presse großen Stellenwert genoss, bis er 2006 gewonnen werden konnte.
