Good chat guys. No probs cross pollinating other asian arts with yoga, though they may not always align exactly, they do mostly have the same origins, the martial arts to kalari payatt and in turn to ayurveda marmas and nadis. All these sciences and arts evolve over time eras and expand into new territories. You are doing it now on the the sunny coast by the sounds of things. 👏 And ultimately it's a very personal journey, best to feel your way forward whilst acknowledging traditional sutras, vedas and samhitas as guideposts open to interpretation and that personal exploration. (Sometimes I think the blackfella dreaming philosophy is superb as it not written or officially documented but to be experienced and when you really drill into realise it almost borders into modern quantum physics.) Shandor Remete is a cool dude on these matters, his blue book of Shadow Yoga is a great roadmap IMO offering destinations and subjects to be explored. Anyways, again great convo. There are only so many guitarists like Eddie Van Halen or Dimebag Darrell who would rip apart and remake their own guitar, not unlike Odin to Ymir. Wonderful analogy, I really appreciated the talk. If you learn about operating system you can resolve issues. It has nothing to be worried or concerned about. To get to speak to God, is more important than knowing how Yoga works. As an exercise it is good, as meditation related to word Tantra is decieving. Because any sorceror can take over putting you in an illusion of divine experiences and use your body as hackers hack the computer to get you I to wrong doings as and when they want not the way you want. Yes, you may think if getting knowledge will help to make yourself hacking free. God alone suffices. Remember worshipping God alone helps you get to speak to God. With all their sorcery and what they say Yogic ways or tantra they never could make God speak to me. That is the limit of sorcery, yoga. Anyone who does tantra Yoga, call Bhagwaans to be gods. This is what they learnt after many years of yogic practice which to be truth is nothing more than getting in to hub of sorcerors if the word Tantra is used. Yogic experience, is Hinduism specific. Knowing God helps and saved you from getting misguided. With tantra all practices of other kinds one day will be against you. Yes, there are lots of book talking about tantra, many have wrong ways considered evil. When you worship God , for 3 to 4 years alone in the room of your house saying to God you want to cure people who are possesed by sorcerors. Then God will grant you what you had been worshipping for and is a much better way. Be usse then God gives you understanding of their intent what sorceror is upto and why, and when God gives the needful. Trust me not one sorceror can do any evil and loose their spiritual authority due to evil doings. That is most needed in the world of today. Knowledge of sorcerors leads them to next life of being a serpent. And a simple way to understand is a human has a body, if possesed by any spirit has to be removed. For this you need to have the authority, so that you may have heavenly one given by God to remove it. So the deeper you get I to tantra farther you will be distanced from God. To get to speak to God and His consent to cure one possesed by sorcery, is always better and you will know the intent of any spirit used by sorceror and the intent of sorceror why he did it. Those that appear in the sky are like pigeons. Though what they do cannot be compared to the innocence of the pigeon. That is the difference, what world thinks of such divines in reality in front of God's knowledge they are like pigeons. Who have limited knowledge. Here is an example : A divine entity has one knowledge : if a sorceror misuses the promise and makes divine entity do any evil, all evil doings are on sorceror and those who get it done through sorcerors. And no sin will be upon the divine. Which is their limit. For the do not know God's judgement and righteousness. For example a man tells the other , go and kill innocent one. The man goes and kills. And says to the police I did not want to kill the other person had told me to , will the person who killed will be called innocent? If as a human we know , the person cannot be called innocent. Then how will the divine be left unpunished for doing evils that impacted lives of others? When God does not forgive doing wrong against a single one. Then doings evils of all kinds impacting many will be forgiven? Answer is simple no. That is what you get when you worship God. Even the divines did not get. That which appears in the sky cannot change righteous law of God. God always is righteous and best to worship. Who can decieve God? I always will recommend anyone to worship the one they worship rather than getting into tantra. Another word for tanra is sorcery, and anything related to it is evil. Then certain things used as tantrik articals are used for worship without any evil in itself. Hence tanra is one word, that misleads to many things from copulation reciting Mantra or meditating about the holy ones considering yourself to be those who are worshippable in Hindu religion during copulation which is considered worst evil., Be careful about anything related to tantra. Rather always worship God what you will get from God is much better than anything that exists in this world.
You’re ideas seem extremely flawed. It seems like you’re just copy pasting religious rhetoric without any context to anything I’ve said in this video. What or who is god in your idea? Does god have human morals? If so, who speaks for this god and why should we trust them? You speak of possession and false worship. How do we know this God you speak of is the right one? How can we test that this deity wants what is best for us? Or has the power it claims? Why is your subjective experience more valid than mine or someone else’s? Please answer these questions if you really want to engage in conversation and not just regurgitate rhetoric. 🙏
Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the original Rune Yoga. This is just gymnastics with someone talking the whole time and fancy music in the background. But I bet you had a lot of fun.
We did have a lot of fun thankyou. 🙏☺️ The funny thing is about your statement though is that there is no historical evidence of any ‘Original’ Rune Yoga. So essentially we’re all just piecing it together from scattered sources and practices and like anything there’s lots of different versions of it that emerge. But you saying it’s not like the ‘original’ is a blatantly false statement as there is no ‘original’ that we have evidence of. Also, this class in particular is very focused on movement, breath and more so the 5 Elements. So although Runically linked, it is very different to the static stadhagaldr I practice and teach when embodying each Rune. Whereas this class here, is more of a fun journey through the elements which make up the overall Norse cosmic map. I would recommend doing some more research and practice instead of trolling other’s pages with ignorant statements my friend 🙏 But I bet you had a lot of fun 😘
Maelstrom of Consciousness, love those words. I'm 20 minutes in but can't refrain from commenting. In someone's want to define God, like you said, they're attempting to limit what is Infinite by placing human laws onto this personal abstract people get force fed, too afraid to have actual Divine Intervention and see for themselves. How you use Universe in lieu of God is how I feel about the word worship, which I reserve for women, I prefer Venerate in a "spiritual" context. I'm also more comfortable with the word energy over spiritual, possibly due to upbringing, or experience? Great thought-provoking stuff!
Great point made here; I recently made the mistake of venturing into a Forum associated with one of the newer "magickal" schools and it was just an absolutely terrible experience, along the lines of what you've described here! Extremely narrow focus, "our way or the highway" type of vibe. Bummer to see especially in something that's not one of the centuries old traditions but good to remember that that mindset is everywhere and probably has existed since time immemorial.

And yea it’s a tricky balance, as keeping things simple and focused on a particular way of doing things is hugely beneficial, but when it becomes so dogmatic that it doesn’t allow for any new perspectives or evolution, it becomes an echo chamber without the potential for growth or even compassion..

Ih my goodness, So many anchor points in this chat, bringing up various different awakening points in my past. Super appreciate redbards verbal ability to express such moments…. I remember, one of my many awakening experiences where, in this particular one, I distinctly heard the Universe singing to me the song (the Faith No More Version) “I started a joke, and I started the whole world crying”…”and the joke was on me”…it was a bitter sweet moment after many weeks of living amoungst a pack of dogs whilst micro dosing on a tropical island, where my egos’ desire to grasp was out there exposed n raw, and realised now that I was part of this pack of dogs, that there was nothing left for it to justify its pain/suffering/identity…Whilst simultaneously upon realising this, I experienced so much delight in my body. Sounds nutty now, but at the time, nothing felt more natural in the world.
Great question! I’m not sure if Vic will see this as she’s not very active on RU-vid, but I think there is definitely a correlation there. As human, dogma and ego is inevitable and quite necessary in many ways, bit I think the key is consciously choosing what beliefs you adopt and being able to re-evaluate and change them with time if they are no longer serving your greatest good. ✨
Deep conversation! I too love thinking of worse case scenarios to face your fears via the use of visualization, and I love the questions you asked about giving advice to your future 16-year-old self once we reincarnate. While I'm glad for all the experiences I've had in my life, I think I would tell myself to reevaluate William Blake's quote about never knowing what is enough, until we know what is too much, as balance is the key, and not over indulgence. Thankfully I made it out unscathed, but I've seen far too many highly imaginative beautiful minded people get side tracked, and sadly sometimes ultimately lost by illusions, when they were seeking something noble and enlightening. Thus the old adage, the path to Hell is paved with good intentions. Great talk, and great questions. Thanks again!

My goal is to start focusing on Rune Yoga again next year, as my priority this year is to finish creating the the Level 1 Ritual Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training Program and The House of Mages.
