I by no means understand economics but the graph at 10:48 does not make any sense to me. why is the price of coaching higher at fewer requests? how is the quantity of coaching sessions determined by requests, rather than the time the coach has? how is this indicative of the supply and demand ? should you not have "time" (the supply) on the x axis and "amount of requests" (the demand) on the y axis and therefore determine the price? e.g. lots of time + few requests = low price ------ little time + lots of requests = high price
It is not higher because of fewer requests, but rather that the higher the price, the less demand you will have for a product/service; less people have dispoasble income to afford such a service or product. The quanitity of coaching session REQUESTS are basically indicative of how many people wants to or is willing to pay for the service. And the coach can take like 10 per day. So by reducing the 100 requests to let's say 10-20, he can increase the price of the service as people will not be able to afford a higher price, but some are
If i were you i wouldnt try to get into details regarding law (especially penalty/criminal law). You are often describing USA or other law instead of czech law which means u do a lot a mistakes and errors and it makes you look really stupid. I condem all his behaviour and i would like to see him face justice. Until then we have to wait for court to decide. Never thought I'd see that name outside of our community, yet here we are. I am so proud of the victims for speaking out. Truth be told, after witnessing what happened on The Madmonq party a couple years ago, I'm not even surprised he'd do such things. We literally have him caught innapropriately touching people on a livestream! However I somewhat disagree with your take on Mike. Whilst I agree his past stunts with the police might not be relevant to this situation and he might've had a change of heart, I do have issues with how he conducted this investigation. Most notably his interview with Opat himself, where his team lured him out under the pretences of not having the camera on and being all buddy-buddy with him while questioning. He also admitted on record to proposing a wellness trip to the victims for having the courage to speak out, something he then apparently immediately redacted but both of these instances might unfortunately hurt the legal case they have against Opat. Again, he is now focusing on much more productive topics, rather than annoying the police and promoting his "insurance against fines", but some of that showmanship is still there, which isn't the best for this. His wife however is doing a great job in the interviews, I'll give him that. I'm just saying that I believe there are better creators here such as STN to conduct such a serious investigation. In the end, I'm afraid the legal case itself might have issues and even when it does go through, Czechia unfortunately often gives very small sentences for crimes of this nature. In fact, there are even cases when a single plant of weed turned into a higher sentences than a serial predator.
We really need this video to reach more people, as the videos made in Czechia by the controversial RU-vidr don't have much weight. He has a poofy past, and most people refuse to watch his videos. Dan (Opat) is clearly having some psychical problem with both being manipulative with the girls and as well having some kind of addiction to the sex, and looks like when it comes to sex he is going over the "dead bodies". He needs to punished for what he did to these girls and he needs to find a professional help. I thought that all he did was just a past cases of his immaturity (Not saying that it's been excusable because of that) and that he got better over time in this behaviour, but seems he did not learned any lessons and he is still the same, maybe even worse than he was before. During 2022 to 23, I was a Opat fan, because I could relate to many stuff he was pointing out and talking about. I never approved some of his old actions, and always thought that he really changed since then. Of course, sometimes he was talking shit, and was weird, but as I know a lot of people who had/have expeirences with meth, I knew that this was not a thing about his personality in the core. I was saying to myself that he is just remarked by the drug usage. As soon as these accusations came out, I realised how wrong I was. He really is messed up in a head. I dont think he is bad as a person, bcs evil person knows hes evil. He is just ill, and should be in sanatorium or sum. Also it shows up how he defend himself. He just dont see what is he doing wrong, he thinks that everyone is against him, and it is all a big plot. Im actually feeling kinda sorry for him, its really pity. But more I am sorry for the victims of his sick head. Hope they will recover :( thanks for great vid, havent expected that some foreign youtuber will process his case.
