NXG1150 is waste. It is not working as hybrid inverter. It is just an inverter. In addition, you should educate your service engineers about the working methodology of the solar system. They are just plug and play experts. They don't even know to explain the different modes available in the inverter.
Its waste. Luminous does not provide proper customer support. The service engineers are not knowledgeable. waste of money. My inverter's board was replaced 4 time till today from may 2023.

Fraud Company - bought battery with 2+2 years warranty and now when it gets dead within 19 months itself they have claiming warranty is 1.5 years only then why they are advertising for 4 years warranty. Hi..in a hybrid inverter, will the inverter let the battery to be charged from solar power during a long power cut with no power from the grid? Please clarify. This would be useful during floods/cyclones when there is a long power cut and inverter battery would run out of charge.....so will be helpful to have it charging from solar panels...please clarify if that would work.

मेंने अपने घर पर ongird solar system लगवा रखा है, लेकिन यहा low voltage electricity problem है, तो उस कारण जब भी low voltage आता है मेरा solar plant बंद पड़ जाता है, और जहा 30/35 unit बननी थी वहा 8/10 unit ही बन पाती है , तो मुझे पता लगा की घर की मैन लाइन के लिए एक स्टेबलाइजर आता है,(3 किलोवाट/5किलोवाट/10किलोवाट) तो बहुत से लोगो से पूछने पर सब ने ये कहा की आप एक ongrid solar उपभोगता हैं तो अगर आप घर के लिए स्टेबलाइजर लगाते है तो आपका सोलर प्लांट खराब हो जाएगा या ब्लास्ट हो जाएगा तो मेरा सवाल ये है की , क्या एक ongrid solar उपभोगता अपने घर के लिए स्टेबलाइजर लगा सकता है क्या ? ताकि वो low voltage की problem से छुटकारा पा सके ?
