I have this exact same car just black interior and its drives smooth i got mine from a older lady , i can confirm this car is amazing. I spent 8 grand on mine and it ran and is mint the one I purchased was in a garage for 15+ years. Engine was almost new tires new , had the full med kit everything is perfect. Which honestly 8 grand to me was worth it
Not sure if you still have this thing or not, but I wired the exact same pump into mine with a relay and a regulator and it runs now. Still needs some fine tuning but it works.
Did you figure the problem out?? Just bought brand new 2022 150cc ice bear Q6 .. husband tried to do break In period it calls for and it keeps sputtering. It’s under warranty but just curious if what it may be.
The XS1100 in 1978 was 100 or 105hp I bought one new. 1979 hp dropped to 95. I now have a pretty nice 1982 XJ650J that has been sitting over 30yrs. Just cleaned it up a bit and selling soon. I first rode the bike when it was only a year old. Put a candy paint job on it 32 yrs ago
Put on an on off petcock and cap off the vacuum inlet on the manifold, see what happens. Looks like a good ride and they are a blast when running correctly. I got a little 2010 50cc and I put a 12"front wheel with 18.5" forks, tightened up all the loose panels and got everything quiet, put an 88cc bbk on and it does 47! Don't give up on her I'm sure it's something stupid
The 3.0 doesn't develop an awful lot of pressure at idle when hot. Just the nature of the beast. The oil sending switches are well known to throw on the red oil pressure light.
I’m in the same boat trying to replace all 4 on my car. I’ve sent back 5 hubs so far. Paying more for SKF FAG or Timken doesn’t guarantee anything. They will send you 2 and both look like they were made in completely different factories. One tight one loose.
DC plastics are JUNK ,I ordered a Tahitian RED number plate for a cr250r and IT arrived broken due to poor packaging and the wrong color .When I questioned them about the color match they told me their flash red was a better match for my Tahitian red bike than the color they advertise as Tahitian red ? VMX racing is the place to go if you need plastic for old Honda CR'S super glossy good color match .
from what i'm gathering: these trikes are nice when they run properly.. ..and a right pain in the arse when they don't wish me luck, because i bought myself a q6 150cc trike.. ..i haven't ran her yet - i have zero mechanical knowledge. . . . . . . . . .so let's say i was at a loss when my trike came to me, i believe the term is "85% assembled".. ..but with no assembly instructions (not even a link to a video _with_ instruction) it was only within the this past hour (on this day, february 16th, 2022), i _just so happened_ to stumble upon some tutorials for motortrike assembling.. ..though not for my trike specifically but from what i saw i was able to get the general gist of what i need to do so i should be able to affix the rear axle, chain, and disc brakes myself this _did_ look easy enough; i just didn't know where to start!
My Chrysler 300c went into limp mode and the garage said it possibly 1 or 3 sensors in the tranny. Won't go above 30ish...wonder. if my problem could be this. Garage told me the Trans would have to come out and replace whatever sensor is bad.
You were right. Thought I was going to have to quit my job because of limp mode. Got the dielectric grease on the tcm pins, and on any grounds I saw in the engine bay after shooting contact cleaner on first. Great success, so far. Able to keep my job. Thanks a million. No mechanic would tell us this.
i just ordered some 1981 honda cr80 plastics, all of them so wish i would have seen this video b4 hand. they will be here friday so i may put a vid up on my channel about them. we will see how mine turn out. thanks for the vid man, and i sub to your channel
@@EkzdeeLFT yeah i should have made a follow up vid. they weren't that great and didnt use most of them. kinda faded no shine, and no way to mount the side panels or number plate. out of 5 pieces i used 2.
Wait until you have to replace the emergency brake switch inside! It's a real pain for someone that's big, but I got it done and had to use a longer screw to tighten it down!
