Do not buy crossbeats, they have the poorest customer service. They sent me faulty earbuds and I placed the order through their official website, I am assuming they sent me a refurbished earbuds. I sent the earbuds back to them by paying the courier charges from my pocket and now they are not responding. I request all the RU-vidrs to not talk only about the good things, you are getting paid for it but we as a user suffer. Please be genuine and do research before promoting any brand else you will lose your credibility in future.
Right out of the box the barometer is useless, completely inaccurate and the sunrise sunset times are off by up to a total of 11 minutes. Customer service has been of no use.
Have the latest updates. I was advised the company is "aware" of this issue but no fix in sight./Have had the watch since Christmas. Btw, my barometer is so far off it is lower than if I was sitting in the eye of a hurricane!
Even by the standard of a wrist based monitor based monitor I have found the heart rate monitor to be very inaccurate. Given that you cannot pair an ECG chest strap with it this makes it pretty useless for heart rate zone training. It's a shame I quite like it otherwise but I have had to get another watch.

I have a lot of smartwatches from name brands like apple Samsung etc you name it .I have the Amazfit T. rex 2 khaki and the gtr4 in my collection and let me tell you they some of the best smartwatches I’ve purchased. Is amazes me no pun intended how the major brands can’t even get battery life right. You know why because they are running so many hidden systems in the background that it drains the battery. I actually believe if amazfit keep pressing they will be a company that’s going to take the crown.
Hi Vishav, unfortunately the earbuds do not have hard reset...Try to turn them off by touch and hold the earbuds for 10sec and then turn it on individually by touch and hold for 8 sec...if still doesn't work please contact the technical helpdesk on +918050056565 , you can also WhatsApp them..

Thank you for watching the video, I would suggest wait for sometime, there are chances the price may drop, Trex 2 has dual band GPS and several enhancement than Trex Pro... Although Trex pro is also a good watch but unfortunately i see only refurbished Trex pro watches on Amazon. Please share and subscribe.
I am using Trex 1 for 4 years now.. Almost same all.. Tex pro also better option.. As the above said.. Wait for a while Or you need to it immediately better go for Trex Pro.. Good luck

Sonu ji, 100 volt par mein ise test nahi kar paya toh mein confirm nahi bata sakta hu , lekin mujhe lagta hai ki 100volt pe stabilize hona chahiye kyunki iska 90volt minimum voltage stabilzation range hai
@@gadgetpremi4045 My hearing isn't that good anyway. Add t that with your low audio and then throw a bad audio reception in on watchers side. it really hard to pull out the content. If your audio happens to be too loud, we can always turn it down, the "Up" button only goes so far. Thanks for the video.
