Check into battery powered to electric fences. My buddy uses a 12 V battery to power his horse pastures. He’s been doing it for years and he swears by it.

I think you're trying to say " shave their ass " . I used to breed them in the UK , never shaved them and never had any problems . Goats will be goats and will give birth when they are good and ready .
