Last Superbowl: 123.7 million viewers Last Champions League Finals (Top two clubs in Europe): 450 million So like about 3-3.5x Super Bowls audiences. 1.12 billion watched the last world cup. "The United States..." All of it... is at about 326 million. So more than 3x the U.S. watched the France Argentina World Cup. Earth has about 8.2 Billion people so basically 1 of 8 humans watched last World Cup Final.
The Springboks (South African National Team) are the best in the history of the sport, having won a record 4 World Cups (1995, 2007, 2019 and 2023), despite not competing in the first two world cups, leaving them with a 50% world cup win rate when looking at every year they competed in. Their biggest and most historic rivals are the New Zealand All Blacks.
Watch Messi messiah video with sound. It is movie like and gives anyone goosebumps. It potrays his career as an incredible story, recommend it HEAVILY!
Ronaldo said the toughest defender he faced was Ashley Cole, and Ashley Cole once said it was easy defending against Ronaldo because he could handle him himself, while when they had to play against Messi the whole team had a plan about surronding him and jail him. You need 3,4 or 5 people around him because he is more of a threat, he can score, assist playmake, best IQ in football. Ronaldo you only need one to defend so he can't score, with Messi since he do everything defenders always need to surround him, which you can see in the video.
You can't see who is better, Messi is so much more. Ronaldo is only goal scorer, while Messi scores, he also have most assists and the best playmaker ever. A whole game runs around Messi, while Ronaldo yes he is a great goal scorer but you can still win a game without him since there is many world class strikers. Messi does everything and the whole playmaking, attack etc goes because of him being the brain behind it. When it comes to the COMPLETE player, there is really no debate that is why Messi won the most ballon d'ors ever, and most trophies. He cares about team trophies while Ronaldo just like to stat pad for his own records. If I was a manager, I would buy Messi 100% for team success.
The so-called "rivalry" only happened on paper and was stirred by the media in search of a Hollywood story. Numbers are all they have in common. For the rest, here's no one who truly understands the game who would put C.Ronaldo above Messi. That's not say that CR7 isn't all time great in his own right, because he is, but the two never were close. Messi's actually in the same league as Diego Maradona and Pelé and there's an argument to be made that he is the best of the three. CR7 is a tier just below.
The crossbar trick is real (he did it 4 times, not only 2). He did this trick in a pre game warmup (in the adversary's stadium), the crowd was boowing him. So he did thatbtrick and the crowd started to applaud him.
You should react to the great football players from Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, neymaar, mbappe, vinicious jr,benzema, haaland, Bellingham, Ronaldo(from Brazil),ozil, Kevin de bruyne, kroos,Ramos, pepe
2:35 there was a joke about this... as the Aussie player (in yellow shirt) who got carried on the shoulder, had made some homophobic comments... and was picked up by a man 😆
American football actually evolved from Rugby. Originally there were several versions of football in England. There was an attempt to standardize the rules but there was disagreement about carrying the ball Hence the split which led to Association football (soccer) and the rules governed by the rugby football union. American football, Rugby League football and Australian rules football further evolved from rugby.
One thing you need to understand is that in soccer, when a shot bounces off the ground near the goalkeeper, the ball is much more sketchy. Since the pitch is wet, the ball not only changes direction, but also gains speed. Professional players' shots are very fast, usually 60 mph. Added to the curve, the change of direction, very quick decision-making and all the indication of a possible cross into the box and not a direct shot on goal, they make the perfect combination for the goalkeeper to look like an amateur standing between the posts.
remember that the goal is 8′ x 24′, that is, the distance between one goalpost and the other is greater than the distance from the 3-point line to the basket
7:20 the trophy is the ballon d'or, given to the best footballer of the year or the best footballer of the world cup, or the best footballer of the champions league. Messi has the most of them
Ronaldinho hs more titles than Messi, CR7, Pele or Maradona. Including World Cup, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian, plus the Golden Ball (that trophy is awarded to the best player of the season). He once stopped a war in Haiti to watch him playing. The guy is a legend in Brazil, he is everywhere. Ronaldinho is smooth with ladies, he plays samba on the drum, he was arrested in Paraguay - and won the jail championship. No joke, Google it. He is the GOAT hands down.
Man, u missed at least 3 great things. Pay attention and go back when u react to this guy, cause is so sad. I already seen It thousands of times, I'm here 4 ur reaction. If u miss such genious moves, I'm sad, can't help it. But I liked ur reaction despite that
I miss being able to play Rugby. I would honestly give up everything I have to be able to play 1 more season, injury free. It's not just the games, or the big hits, but it everything behind the scenes. Training was alway a laugh, tough, but a laugh none the less. The drinking, the fighting, the respect. Respect is huge in rugby. Plenty of videos on that too. It's a lifestyle. Get yourselves into a club with a load of lads from Europe and you will have some of the best days of your lives. Guaranteed.
Echigo invented it, in the 60's, he was Pelé's teammate (fun fact, Pelé was not able to learn it), but in modern football Ronaldinho made it perfect. CR7, Ronaldo9, Neymar used it frequently too. Brilliant dribbler.
I'm bloody impressed with you two boys!! You've picked up so many of the rules and gameplay as well as being able to appreciate all the brilliant tries. Watch a couple of full games or extended highlight packages of different international games. The skill set of even the biggest boys is unbelievable. Enjoy the game, much love from New Zealand 👌👌🤘🤘🙏🙏
Ok so Rugby is not popular in the US. Guys your ladies Just won a Bronze Medal at the Olympics. You have MLR Professional rugby in the USA. Your Men Just did well in the pacific nations cup. Oh also check out Ilona Maher she is an awesome US rugby player and Olympic medal winner.
For context to help understand. The wingers are comparable to wide receivers and corners (usually the fastest on the team). Centres are a mix of running backs and linebackers. 1st5, a mix of a kicker and a quaterback (controls the game, makes most of the kicks but also runs and tackles). The loose forwards are a mix of linebackers and fullback (heavy hitters and power runners). Locks are a mix of tightends and linemen. Front row are our version of linemen.
Also this unfortunate will never be big in America because the powers that controls what you see on your screens won’t let it happen because there is no time for adverts
The thing you kept asking about is a "line out". Its sort of like a tip off in basketball except there are multiple people jumping for it and its a player on the sideline throwing it.
