This is one band I've always been so confused about. The first 2 albums were phenomenal and then you have the following like 5 that just suck. Where are the tasty riffs? Where's Levi's vocals at? He just sounds weird now. It isn't the same. The last song I ever enjoyed was off rise of the lion "Saints sinners and greats" IMO the last song they made that was of the first 2 albums
Whoever was in charge of mixing the live audio recording did not pass the vibe check*… mainly because they had a brutally tight noise gate on Craig’s mic that basically muted any sound not in the determined range … but also because their mix was flat and just bad in general. Crowd looked like they were loving it. Live sound always feels better than a live recording… mains and bass at full blast and it’s the best thing you’ve ever heard
