Can I still play against players with my Overlord Legend Deck 02. I stopped playing after the stride gen, and now overwhelmed with the overdress series.
@@allen2reckless676 Yeh, there's a lot of new things and they didnt have how to play episode. There is now a ride deck, order cards, there was armed bavsagra. But Im all caught up now.
@@ChrisPauX oh thats what u meant. I was like standard gave us persona ride. P much it. Orders were introduced in v series. Just this game kept the idea. Bav she just has equip-able weapons. Basically are orders. So once u learn that there u go. And overdress/underdress, x-overdress unison dress, and what ever yourh does. Basically calling a card over an existing card and doing effects cuz of it.
@@ChrisPauX No you can’t use the Overlord Legend Deck from G. All Standard/overDress cards have a “D” symbol on the bottom left, you can only use cards that have that symbol in the corner. Standard began around May 2021 so anything before that can’t be used.
Bit of a correction here, strides don't actually happen after the ride phase, it happens during the stride step which is after the ride step but still in the ride phase
Ride Deck sleeves are fan made from @TripleRRRare on twitter. Main Deck sleeves I got from a seller on Facebook, but I recommend searching Mercari for older official sleeves or Amiami to preorder upcoming ones!
Gave me the idea of using 3 masque hydrageum and 2 of the cycler. Deck worked really well, got first place at my local. Only difference was that I had an extra twin marvel and one less of the capricornus. But had a game where I couldn't add triggers into my soul so switched the two. Only to now realize it's the two list are the same now. But thank you for the video ^ And great deck
Congrats on your local win, glad to hear the decklist helped! And yeah, I found Twin Marvel to be more of a "nice to have" kind of card that makes your highroll a little better, but it made me brick a few times when I ran it at more than 2.

yo bro...instead of calling 3 hyakki using reverse skill...how about u lock 2 rg to call 2 rg then use old hyakki skill to call another hyakki...that way u have 4 front and 1 back row units so on first hyakki reverse turn u already have 5 units to plus 10k...it's ez
I have to disagree with u on how good you think Hyakki is. In fact, I would go as far to say that he might even be a better meta call than Yasuie rn. My deck code is QCXY if you wanna check it out. Deck's NUTS! It just takes a lil bit of research to really see Hyakki's potential and you need to know what kind of game plan you really need. I also don't think fronts are needed. You want your opponent at 3+ damage ASAP! Also, if you go first your chances of winning are STUPIDLY high.
I think I definitely haven't optimized the deck yet, but I really don't see it being a better call than Yasuie. Yasuie is the best highroll accel deck in V imo, basically on par with Messiah and Poets and stronger than Ezel. So many decks just flop over and die to it if it doesn't G assist, and the longer the game goes the more ridiculous it gets. It's only natural counters in Prism and Gav both lost key pieces that let them win the matchup too. Hyakki just has too few attacks and too little advantage to be better imo, but it definitely doesn't seem as weak as most people seem to think it is.

@@Shy3k Also, this isn't to say Yasuie isn't also really good. However, in a more aggro Meta, then I would prob go for Yasuie. However, in a meta with plenty of force decks and stuff, Hyakki seems like the way to go. Either way the decks at worst are neck and neck to me. They're both stupid good. While Hyakki does not deaw a ton, he does have the advantage of requiring practically no commitment in order to build a full board!
Hi, I know this vid is almost 2 years old, but I am currently deciding my G1 for this very deck. It is: 4x Katarigitsune, 4x Tobitachi and 4 x Sadamune. I am need help in deciding whether do I kick Sadamune out for Sakurafubuki or do I play 3 of each of the four G1 listed here?
Personal preference, but both work from my testing. Essentially, Sadamune provides a full lineup of strong ride targets and improved consistency (you could also run the G2 promo, Stealth Dragon, Gengan for a similar effect) while Sakurafubuki provides more longevity, and has fantastic synergy with Fuurai and Gale. I personally prefer Sakura with Gengan, but again it is preference. Just seeing one Sakura and being able to bounce is strong enough, so you could also try something like 3x Sakura and 2x Sadamune as well if you want more ride targets.
Yes, crits work fine. Most people prefer crits in Yasuie. With the release of Heal Guardians though I think fronts are better overall since they can potentially negate a heal guardian skill and in general they scale really well in the late game. Adding 10k to like 5-7 front row rearguards has a lot more impact than 1 crit in the lategame.

9 is too detrimental to your gameplan since any other G2 is pretty bad in this deck. Midoro Pyro is alright, but gets useless real fast. I found that I was usually better off hard mulling for a G2 at the start than playing a useless G2 in the lineup. Nothing else is worrh cutting down for that bit of consistency too. Just from my experience, the 1x Rainy comes up more than the 1 G2, and everything else is too good to not be a playset.
Sure, once you download it from Steam, find it in your Steam Library and find a button called "Workshop". Once you're in there, just look up "Cardfight Vanguard" and try to find a table that updates frequently. From there you can just add it to tts and when you launch the game, just create a table and it should show up as one of the options. There are also ways to upload images to create your own decks but I'm not too sure how to do that, I just use tables that constantly update whenever new cards are revealed.
Shirayuki is average, nothing too strong. If you can afford her I'd pick up Yasuie instead, it should cost the same or maybe even be cheaper. Malkuth is also average, stronger than Yuki but Gavrial is stronger (most of the west thinks Gav is the best deck in the game). Shiranui, now that he has Tobitachi, is probably the best of the 3, decent tier 2 deck right now.
There is literally nothing else worth running until Clan Select comes out over Jakotsu, Murakumo has awful G2s. Awazu though is always a 4x for Yasuie and probably always will be.
Almost always offensive. She is the only way to consistently male your rearguards big without relying on a front trigger. If you really need it defensively you can use it there, but it is your main way to finish the game.
@@manuccknight2320 After Clan Selection I think the new G2 (Ice Fang Princess I think?) replaces Jakotsu Girl, its VG skill is really good for rushing. If not her then Ariou, a card that's also in Clan Selection definitely takes that spot. Shirayuki goes up to 4, you can even make 1 of them a Six Flowers Shirayuki because they technically share the same name and she can drain the opponent for -10k. Other than that I think the deck remains the same.
@@Shy3k so the one that replaceable is jakotsu girl right? Either the new shirayuki support or ariou And then, if shirayuki is at 4 (3 old, 1 new) who will replace that slot? Rainy madame?
I'm not sure if anyone has recommended you to run "Care Mine Nurse", I have tested in and its great for a "Late game finisher" with the Hamiel. Edit: Another combo maybe some new player may not know is using the Holy Serph to push your self to six damage so you can use your Hamiel. The reason you DO NOT loose the game is because you have an open skill that's keeping the game state open. The game is ruled in a manor that is always checking for a win/loose condition, but open skills take a hirer priority because of the games timing check. I know this rule because I've been playing Angel Feather since Metatron Days back in the OG game. Hope this helps someone out there that didn't know this ruling! :)
I've been considering running Care Mine or the other Black G1 just to boost Hamiel, I have to test those out more. Also, I'm pretty sure using Holy Seraph, Nociel at 5 damage does kill you. Even though you're in the middle of a skill, because you can continue progressing the game that means the game will check your damage right after putting it into the damage zone. It works like the old Limit Break enabling cards back in the day, that could damage you in order to activate Limit Break. Those cards do kill you if they put you at 6, so Nociel does as well.

This deck is awesome great job putting this together however as a premium deck not sure??? I prefer original dominate all though cloning vg skills is impressive
Thanks! There have been premium lists popping up using V series Shiranui/Jamyocongo and vanilla Cray Elemental support. I prefer old dominate but the raw numbers that deck makes + Jamyo pressure is very strong.
You can ramp to 3 damage from 0 if you have 3 soul and Nociel. Nociel puts another Nociel to damage -> Gavrail adds Nociel from to hand damage, damage check twice -> play 2nd Nociel Just fyi, you have 1 too many normal units.
I mentioned the 15 crit version. I haven't really needed it since surviving isn't usually a concern. And yeah the only real thing you can do to this deck is keep it at 0 or rush and hope they drop enough pieces trying to stay alive. But if it sees everything there just isn't much you can do.
@@Shy3k keeping it at zero does nothing since it can provide its own damage source, and i get the feeling the one draw is probably for something like Valkyrion.
@@windwaker0rules You'll almost never have that draw PG in your hand before a protect 1, which you can just get if you go first and are scared of something like Valk. If you're going second vs Valk you just gotta hope you survive and then go for the one shot anyway, because the 1 PG will almost never show up in time regardless. But that MU is awkward since they are the only good deck that can nullify Hamiel, so sometimes you have to spread your crits across your columns or hard damage deny them. I also like just having a lot of raw shield since Accel decks are really popular around me. But yeah I still like the 1 draw I'm gonna test it out more.
For an off the dome review/profile, I have to say it was very well put together. You managed to hit most if not all major points for newcomers of the clan and provided enough nuance without making it seem like you were dragging on. Going over pricing at the end was a nice touch. Great job 👍🏼
Japanese symbols represent syllables in pronunciation, so his proper pronunciation is she-rah-nu-e technically. Sometimes I mix it up with how my friends/the anime pronounce it though, force of habit.
Nice video. I actually just picked this deck up and I have been having alot of fun with it. I will definitely test out those g3s you mentioned especially the one that can hit over 100k.
I personally think you only need 2 oboro because your pretty much going to superior ride him anyway. And why is genkai at 2??? He’s really good for soul charging (possibility to put a shiranui in soul) also can give boost, including it can give your token 5k. Meanwhile Fuurai just lets your opponent to discard, and they might benefit from it because they can drop a useless card and draw a better card. Including his second ability, well magatsu Gale already do it.
2 Oboro is bricky, the deck has so many discard costs anyway (Oboro, Katari, Sakura) that you can just discard extra Oboro copies in your hand if they're clogging it. You do not want to ride Stealth Dragon Shiranui if possible, because it's such an insane rearguard. You'd rather ride Oboro and call two Stealth Dragon, Shiranui to rear. Fuurai may seem bad, and it honestly is, but it's such an amazing turn 2 ride that you have to run it. If you ride it, you can possibly draw, bounce back Katari to check top 5 again the next turn, have an insane rush if you have Gale and Sakura in hand, etc. It's too good as a ride to not use. Fuurai is a dead ride and usually a dead card the turn after you place him, since your front row is usually Gale or Shiranui.
Yeah, I'd recommend it! Keep in mind the token gimmick is very unique and the deck has to discard a lot for skills, which may be a little difficult when you're new. I also really recommend the Majesty Lord Blaster structure deck, it's the perfect product for beginners if you don't want to build a deck from scratch.
