Hello I have credit on Cake Wallet in USDT MATIC (format/network). But now I want to send the entire credit to Bybit as it is. I've tried it too but it doesn't work. Bybit doesn't accept the currency. Question What do I have to do or change USDT MATIC so that I can send it to Bybit. I need an urgent answer. The support from Cake Wallet is a disaster, they don't want to help! I'm starting to get the feeling that they're trying to embezzle my credit and use it themselves! Thanks in advance
At timestap 0.12: For me it did not work with a factory reset but with the "Clear Device Data" setting. After restart I could then see the "pair cards" option. After a factory reset I only get the message to download the cySync app and must pair all four cards. Maybe there is an option in the app to navigate to the "pair cards" option, not sure.
After using the Cypherock for a few weeks I see several things that I think can be improved upon unless there is a reason why these cannot or should not be done. 1. I'm confused as to why you need the X1 Cards to Delete Wallets from the X1 Vault? 2. Deleting your wallets on the X1 Vault should require ONLY the wallet PIN, not the cards. If you want to reuse the X1 Vault but do not have to original Cards, how do you remove a wallet? 3. Restoring the Wallets using the Cards should REQUIRE the PIN in order to access data from each of the cards. If my cards get stolen and someone buys a new X1 Vault, they can restore the wallets BUT if restoring the wallets required a PIN from the Original Wallet, then they cannot restore the wallets unless they also know the PIN.
1. Because the complete private keys are not stored on the vault. It is sharded and stored on vault + the cards. Hence even if somehow someone hacks the vault, they still cannot steal the assets. Also when you set a wallet PIN, that applied both on vault and cards. Hence someone cannot get your assets even if they get 2 cards without knowing the PIN. 2. You can factory reset the vault from the settings. This is doable. 3. Correct. Without PIN, they cannot get any sensitive information from the card.
I am holding USDT and other assets its my account.. when i try to send , it show max amount spendable is availble USDT.. But when i type sending amount, It shows insufficient fund..? I must hold ETH or BNB for Gas Fees?
Yes, you must have balance in your main account for doing the transaction. Ex. For sending USDT on Ethereum account, you need to have balance in ETH to pay the gas fees.
good concept but too many hardware things. Like for ledger, trezor, bitbox, jade, you only need the device and a cable. For Tangem you only need a card. But this one need both a card and another hardware device.

If your X1 Card is broken or lost, your funds are still safe as long as you have at least the X1 Vault + 1 X1 Card or 2 X1 Cards. It is highly recommended to buy a new set of X1 Cards and replace them with the existing cards since you will not be able to add new wallets to Cypherock X1 if you don't have all of the 4 cards. In case, you lose or break two or three X1 Cards, it is recommended to use one X1 Card with your X1 Vault to view your seed phrase and record it for safety purposes. You can buy a new Cypherock X1 and restore your wallet accounts on it.
