You could ask someone who is either active/DOD/Retired to get you on base.When I go on Andrews Airforce Base they have a area for visitors who they'll give a day pass if you have to do something on the base.
Like so many malls, Westshore Plaza has gone downhill over the past few years. Online shopping is destroying mall shopping. I'd be surprised if it lasts more than another couple years.
I used to go to malls all the time, including this one. Now, with online shopping and the changed habits from covid, I havent been in a mall in years. Its seems so strange that its still there! Seems so pointlessly big, so unnecessarily nice, so much empty space in the shops, even though such retail space is very expensive. Its a church of capitalism. I find it fascinating for some reason. peeps would hang out smoke bones and drink beer out there and drag race , cops would come and just run everyone off then to gandy to repeat same process more bones more beer . that was back when people were somewhat free and not constantly surveilled by the government . glad I got to witness such things .
