Greedy business people and international hotel chaines with unreflective headquarter people destroy their own future!. 🌚🙈💥🥶 Greed eat brain !. This is meanwhile the title for overpriced Tulum Real Estate Market. Infrastructure is very bad and dirty everywhere if you come out of the resorts. Why are they doing nothing against the huge waste water problems????. Incredible awful and no responsibility of the local government, locals as well, local business people and of course chaines as Hilton and so on. Do they understand actually the awful situation?.
not sure how the algorithm got this video to me but this is tragic. having been to Tulum it's now evident why the environment is the way we witnessed it. not drinking tap water is just the beginning of problems for Tulum and any other tourist dependent location. the beaches when we visited were unusable because of the seagrass. the new railway under construction is not going to help unless it is used to transport waste out of the region. smart hotels should be using tulum circula as a contractor to handle waste at the property source. truly hope the Mexican government and large global environmental organizations take note. good reporting sir.
It‘s actually a huge problem and if not changed in foreclosure future it will destroy Tulums business and tourism as well.⚰️⚰️⚰️🌚 The headquarter of Tulum isn’t yet able to change these huge problems or the local government is still sleeping !. They are destroying their own future!.🌚🙈🥲💥 Do they recognize this actually?. 🧐 It‘s time to act for them now! ⛳️ I don‘t come back to Tulum. There are many other goals in Mexico where to live will be much better than now at wasted Tulum. The locals , the local business, the international chaines of Resorts as Hilton and all the greedy others and the local government are destroying their own businesses, lifes and future in a very greedy and stupid way!. Do they realize?.🧐 👉👉👉Tulum isn‘t any longer a location where you should invest your money or even buying totally overpriced appartements or houses!. ⚰️⚰️⚰️🙈🌚💥🥶 👉It‘s time to go away .
Thanks so much for going all the way to Tulum yet spending your day at the recycling center! I'm interested in the municipal infrastructure of resorts. They're often in remote places, yet receive outsize visitor traffic. Distant investors have no interest in maintaining the region.
Your Jeep is great bro! How tall are you? Do you think a 1.81 m person can sleep there comfortably? Do you have the measurement of the bed? Thank you very much for your review!
Nice job.👍 Questions: 1, the link for the battery goes to the controller. 2, Have info on the battery box and the shelf it's on?. Question 3, have links for the 12volt ports you have on the box? Thanks.
Compared to a 2 dr wrangler, this is friggin moving van. Like the Zen master said to his minimalist 4x4 pupil, when you learn how to turn a 2 dr into a 4 dr, you will have succeeded. Hint: learn the secret of flattening the seat. 🤔😁
Hi! You did a great job! So exciting. Please share the type of drawer slides. I’ve been looking and can’t find what I think would be best. Yours are great.
Great build. One question, I do like the idea of the sliding-out drawer kitchen/stove. Do the smell of food get inside the sleep area when you cook? I guess you could pull the rear window down to prevent some of the smell?
Good shit! I am so torn between a 4door and a 2door, the former purely because of the ability to sleep inside! Can't really do it in a 2door, maybe even with 1 person.
@@Leewilly440 I actually ended up going with the 2-door and am very happy with my decision. It'll depend on what you're using it for, of course. There actually is a way to put a sleeper setup inside, but more importantly I wanted to do lightweight offroading, the back seats are crazy comfy these days and high convertible or removable in seconds. The short wheel base is VITAL for maneuverability on the trail or in urban places. If I had a family or needed to tow heavier things it would be an issue, but as is I much prefer the versatility and agility.
Very nice work bro! I'm not sure if this has been asked already, but did the Thule storage box reduce your gas mileage (MPG's)? Thank you and have fun road tripping ✌!!!
This is so cool! Not sure if someone already suggested but a pool noodle or a foam pipe wrap/insulation cut in half would be great to cover the corners of the cabinets to protect your knees in case you bump on it.
I'm a counstructionon worker I have a hard time decideding what I want to do for a build in my 04 jeep grand Cherkio cause I want to keep my back seats any tips ?
