@@thewayibuiltit6083That they have the same spline pattern on the driveshafts doesn’t mean the y are the same cars. You won’t get the same power from the Forester engine as the WRX due to the different cams. Does give better low end torque though.
When spray the engine bay can you make a video pulling the engine to show what you have done regarding the engine mounts and how tight it comes in and out
hey mate i love it it looks awsome hey,im on the goldcoast and ive just brought my self a brumby, they really are a great car hey, dont suppose you know where i could find a few bits and pieces for a ea81?im chasing a intake manifold so i can do a supercharger conversion, pretty cool cars these days mate they just need more horse power haha
Can’t use the normal pick up below quarter of a tank when cornering or parked on hill. Original carby motor uses the bowl of the carby as its surge tank. Also this tank and pump was $100 of eBay.
Fantastic build mate, did the suspension take much fiddling around? What about the 5 lug? Wanting to change wheels and drop my brumby a bit but unsure on difficulty cheers
No changes to suspension just basic lathe work to make the backing plate sit Center Ed and machining and drilling of the drum to make it the same stud pattern of the 5 stud disc. Will be doing another video on how I did it also with rear handbrake
