So many people have completely reversed ckd as bad at stage 5 by simply eating whole nutrient dense foods, specifically following a carnivore diet eating red meat and organs. That’s the proper human diet. The human body gets everything it needs, especially to help it heal, from meat and organs. Meat and organs are the healthiest and most nutrient dense foods on the planet!
As per my knowledge, I haven't discussed anything specific about bread in the video; the focus has been on whole grains. Wholemeal bread is better in CKD due to higher fiber and other nutritional values.
