42 years old and just now realizing that I have 3rd degree mother hunger. My mother had a drug problem and wasn’t there at all. I thought I couldn’t be affected by my mother because she wasn’t even there. I searched for a mother in every caregiver I had and was repeatedly rejected. I eventually stopped reaching out well consciously and became hyper independent at a very early age. I am so scared I am going to mess up my children. Now I know why I can’t connect to people, I have no friends, and no one I can trust. I am so sad I don’t know what to do.

Andy Hahn has poor boundaries for a therapist and energy healer. His process doesn't work and his book is a mess of a read. He is arrogant and ineffective.
Wow what a blessing he offered you the course. Thank you for this. I’ve never experienced him not in a teaching / webinar space, but in a conversation. His passion is palpable. I’m hoping to attend the course starting in April if I have the financial means. NLP is widely used to control the minds of others; the best example is religious programming. Has anyone found a way to break it; that crap is sooo strong! I can break MK ULTRA, mind control, but the answer to decades of NLP mind control evades me; at a certain point the victim insists on the programming thus lacking awareness and desire to change!
I just scored 9/10 on the ACE test. (The only one I didn't tick "yes" to was the last one about a family member going to prison. My dad WAS arrested a few times for DV but was never incarcerated.😔
I'd say that still counts as an adverse childhood experience (ACE). Hoping you have found healing resources that are helping you along your healing journey. I know for me, personally, EMDR therapy and somatic therapies have helped me process those childhood traumas.
??Teri ?? mycotoxin poisoning? what exactly did you have and what were the sympyoms and how did you diagnose it???? I may have sinilar issue. Cany get any answers it help from medical doctors ....
A brief explanation: we moved into a home that had been beautifully renovated. Within months of moving in, I became very ill (throat closing up, rash, losing 50+ lbs, etc.) I told my family through tears that I felt as if I had been "poisoned". Many doctors and specialists later, I still had no answers. I was healthy upon moving into this house, having just had a physical. Then my labs were suddenly in chaos (electrolytes, vitamin levels, blood pressure, thyroid, etc.). By divine intervention, I found a nutritionist who said the life-altering words, "Teri, I think you have mold toxicity and mycotoxin poisoning". This led me to research the history of the house we had purchased and turns out it had been CONDEMNED due to toxic mold. The previous sellers marked "no" on the disclosure for any history of toxic mold. We had NO CLUE what we had purchased. Remediation teams found alarming levels of aspergillus. Tested my body and found alarming levels of Citrinin and Ochratoxin A (both from aspergillus). I then started the very long detoxing journey. I'm still on the healing path, but the last toxin report showed normal levels in my system. Whew! I still have an autoimmune rash that I'm working to heal. I hope you find answers. I recommend a naturopath, functional MD, certified nutritionist specializing in mold recovery, or similar. Western medicine has no clue what to do with mold toxicity. In my opinion. And on another happy note, all of my labs are back in the normal range, as well. Great BP, thyroid, cholesterol, vitamin levels, etc. Yay!
Hi all....Laura is a gift to all mankind and I can't thank her enough for all the insight and help she has given me in our private hourly sessions for almost a year now....These so called doctors had me on several medications from anti-depressants to blood pressure to diabetic to heart meds and more until I threw them all out last March and have never felt better.....As I told her months ago if I were to die tomorrow it would be worth it as I never felt better in my life today!!!

Teri! You are looking so well! Thanks for bringing awareness to PANS on your podcast. As part of my son’s healing journey, we just did genetic testing to learn what he could and couldn’t take. It was eye-opening to learn that several meds/SSRIs that he’d been on in the past had no business being in his body! I wish we had known that before. Thanks for all you do. (From a fellow Rocket 😊)

Doesn't exposure therapy come into this? It just sounds like structured mindfulness to me. Old stuff that l already know. And just because its worked for the author here does not mean it will work for all. That's not evidence!
I know EMDR therapy has worked for me but certainly not everyone. Yet it is used as evidence-based therapy. My understanding is that "evidence" does not require an "all or nothing" fit. @@TeriWellbrock Thank you so much for sharing that with me, Teri! You are a kind soul! I am fairly new to Dr Lotte's channel, but not new to NDE stories. They give me a lot of spiritual uplift! I haven't lost anyone recently, and am at peace with those I have lost. I believe my grandfather is now one of my guides. He's also the most outspoken when I've visited with mediums in the past... he used to like to play impish tricks on me, even though that he knew that I knew it was him! I am trying to navigate spirituality without religion, though I haven't gotten very far with meditation yet.
