He's incredible. He has the smoothness of Sam Cooke with the screamability of Wilson Picket. I hope he records all the soul hits because he's as good or better than all the old singers. Love it.

Darling the songs you sang during "American idol" could give you more security and money that you or your banker could ever count if you could earn some rights to the song you sang. I do know that 1st place wasn't given to you because there is no body in the world that can sing like this; and better than the original Artist. At your beginning "Try-Out" you sang "Jar of Hearts"; Randy said that you have "Set the bar Higher"; which he should have kept that "Thought to Himself"!! Those White People had to give the other contestants a chance!! I can calm down even more that you're in your "Dream City", that be "California!! When you also sang that song, Feelng Good, and "Can Do"; and played that instrument that you were borne with; that shut down most of the "Singers". Who can do that other than you? Love you, only know you through your music!!

I love it when songs traditionally sung by females are covered by males and vice-versa. Joshua does an exceptional job with this song and his cover of ‘Ready for Love’ by India Irie. I would love to hear him sing ‘Impossible’ I believe this God gifted young man can sing everything, even opera like Aretha Franklin.
