How about renting your properties to decent people who pay their rent and abide by the rules? It's not happening and has nothing to do with Craig's List.
T/y, however, with technology, they can create just about anything, NYC market is probable the worse, but their spelling & word placements is a "dead giveaway"!👀🏠
This home is so gorgeous just like they other homes I’ve seen I can tell your not in this business for the wrong reason it’s great to see a property manager go above and beyond for there tenants.Hope that your tenants recognize good property managers great job 👏🏾
For anyone that is looking to invest in Kalamazoo. Aaron with Access Management is THE BEST manager in town. We have been investing in the city for almost 6 years and Aaron takes care of our investments and tenants like no other ever did.
Is it illegal for the landlord to keep your holding deposit if you decided not to move in because they address was not existing on record? It was suspicious so the tenant cancelled the move. There was never any agreement in place.

1) What if they "accidentally" forget to lock the house? 2) What if they turn on a light or two and forget to turn it off? 3) What if they turn on a faucet and forget to turn it off? 4) What if they decide to invite a few of their "buddies" along that were not included on your list, you know, bend the rules a bit? 5) What if they have questions they'd like to ask right then and there? 6) What if they use those two hours to go out and have duplicates of the keys cut? 7) What if you have multiple self-showings on the same day and someone on that day breaks or damages something, how do you know who to hold accountable for that? 8) In reference to previous point 7); if by some miracle, you find out who the person was who damaged the property, what kind of complicated mess does the property owner have to go through to get the ones responsible to make structural and monetary repairs and reparations? 9) With reference to previous points 7) and 8), how would YOUR COMPANY HELP the property owner with getting the reparations from said responsible party? You know, all the legal problems and fees, going to court, etc...? 10) Burner phone, fake email, etc... 11) With references to prior points 7), 8), and 9), you say you take credit card information, what if it's fake or stolen credit card information? 12) With reference to last point 10), and all it's previously referred to points, even if the credit card is theirs, who's to stop them from claiming the card is "lost or stolen" and then having that charge reversed? 13) What if it’s winter or early spring, it’s sloppy outside, and they just don’t feel like taking their boots off when they come in to look? 14) Etc..., etc..., etc...?
In your first example, how do you know that that had anything to do with self vs agent showing, and didn't have something to do with the property or the prices of the rental itself? Also... 8) In reference to previous point 7); if by some miracle, you find out who the person was who damaged the property, what kind of complicated mess does the property owner have to go through to get the ones responsible to make structural and monetary repairs and reparations. 9) And, with reference to previous points 7) and 8), how would YOUR COMPANY HELP the property owner with getting the reparations from said responsible party?
