I agreed rate badega but the main reason for increasing land cost is right now in complete Gurgaon almost 95% lands are purchased by developer, nd 5% are still available Nd those land's don't have connectivity or any road, so ys in future we can expect affordable from Devlopers but we can't relay on that because Devlopers are not planning for any affordable right now.

@@abhineetchandraa Jaisi local arakshan ki muhim MNCs par thopi Jaa Rahi hain woh Haryana mein koi bahut khush nahi hai. Vaise bhi unki pehli pasand to Bnglr aur Hyderabad hi hain. Tabhi to sabke main R&D operations to wahin hain. GGN mein to unka kaam negligible hai. Mera yakeen nahi to kissi bhi IT/CS ke student se pooch lijiye .Jab aajkal ki company cloud par kaam karti hain ,WFH bhi unko raas aa raha hai kyonki office ka bhari bharkam rent , logistics, food aur transport ke kharche ki bachat ho rahi hai, to boriya bistar lapetna koi badi baat bhi nahi hai

No buyers in the market as prices have gone beyond their reach. Flats available on rent dirt cheap in DXY. ( why anyone need to buy?)Brokers desperately trying to convince in every video that this is not a crash but a correction. So people who have paid 20-30% and not in a position to pay the balance . What happens to those flats? It is anybody’s guess.. You can’t fool people all the time. Give us a break.
