My channel is about my life with Agoraphobia and Anxiety. It show cases my daily struggles, my losses, and my wins. Hoping to attract open minded people to my channel. My aim is to spread mental health awareness through my videos and to document my journey. I've had anxiety all my life and recently developed agoraphobia and driving anxiety. Not just one set of past, present, future Madeline but all alternative Madelines. Thus I see Verna exists in a state of quantum uncertainty. In all places and times at once. Pym did say that he met a number of entities that exist between time and space. Verna even says she and Pym met. Thus whatever people Pym met in his voyages, Verna is one of them that descended into Earth to walk among humans for curiosity and other motives.

Yes, so many fallacies. What you see is not what you get. Too many people are down on themselves as they compare themselves and their lives to others on social media. It is so detrimental.

My man... I've recently had issues driving on the highway. The anxiety came out of nowhere. I realized I'm not comfortable with the new generation of drivers. Not paying attention, on their phones constantly, aggressive when it's not necessary... I became hyper focused on the what if's. Then, the anxiety would take over. One step at a time. Feed Love! Starve hate. 🤘
I agree with you brother. The new generation seems to be a little more care free! I get the hyper focus when the anxiety comes on. But when step at a time. I'm glad your getting out on the highway though. That's a bit far for me for now but not out of the picture! Keep up the good fight and I will too man! Feed Love and Starve the hate!!
Thanks so much for the encouraging words and kind comments. And the hair in a biscuit line :). Willing to share anytime. I think talking about when your feeling down should be "normalized" and have less of a stigma. Your comments were certainly uplifting. It's unfortunate the state of the times we are living in but hopefully someday they will get better! Hopefully!
I usually write them out or take note of any underlying themes. Dreams that contain conflict may be trying to send a message or lesson. Or it's something I just need to let go that my brain won't unconsciously.
I’m Christian too… I can’t say that my life is being led by God tho 🥺 and I’m definitely struggling to get there… Happy to meet a fellow believer, cuz that’s the key to it all after all, imo 💟🙏🏽✝️

Oh my gosh I couldn’t have said that better, especially about how others don’t understand. I was like you and have deteriorated to the point of not even being able to function at all.
I wouldn't have understood if it hadn't happened to me lol. But I keep pushing myself. Some days are better than others. I'll take the wins! I hope your situation is not bad and it's going well!
@@LifeandAnxiety 🥰 I used to have days that I was better and could at least go out and do a few things, but I’ve been begging doctors and social workers to help me for 2 1/2 years and I still haven’t been able to access any therapy of any sort. I kept saying that it’s getting much worse and at some point I’ll have deteriorated too much to recover… I’m finally going to have help soon it seems… Do you know why you’re having this issue? Was there anything that happened if you don’t mind me asking? It appears that PTSD has triggered agoraphobia for many others.. I really hope that you’re feeling stronger ❣️🙏🏽
I can’t stress how awesome you’re doing by making the difficult effort to push yourself. 👏🏽 When this condition regresses, it’s very easy to keep worsening and take it from me, it happens very quickly and it’s seemingly impossible to recover from. I wouldn’t wish my situation on (almost lol) anyone. 🙏🏽🥰💪🏽
I never knew u went through that .I'm glad I listen to this I go through the same thing I'm on medication for it it help me to a point. But wat u explain was wat go throw thank u for sharing that
@@LifeandAnxiety W2G for pushing yourself through the anxiety. It’s really not an easy thing to do. Do your best to keep doing that, cuz it’s much harder to overcome the longer it goes on. 🙏🏽💛
