This question is tricky. If something is a communal object in Stone Age Ireland, then it gets passed down from one family to the next. Meaning communal objects would not be buried in a tomb, as the object would be carried on by the descendants of a family. Since it was found in a tomb, it weakens the argument since communal objects typically get passed on to the next generation. Silly question

Yes, it requires a consult. Perhaps 100 % of the people who are consulted did NOT CONSENT. I see that it goes only in one direction. If consent--> consult. But not in the other direction: If consult-->consent is not necessary. Why is it enough to have the one way only assumption?
