it's a demo/dummy model, screen and electronics don't work but size/buttons etc are replica. i dont have a way to have all of these *real* phones on hand so it's the best way to review for multiple models.
1:28 You really should have got a set of thrift store rabbit ears or a paperclip to compare with. You need a baseline for comparing. I get over 100 channels on a set of rabbit ears. Now lets see how you do. 2:05 With the new digital method, you either get enough signal for the TV to decode or you don't. You don't get snow. You get glitches and freezing on bad signal. The picture is better than cable. 3:55 A bad thing about boosters is that the boost everything. They boost signals and noise. Ideally, the booster should be close to the antenna and then the boosted signal should make the run to the TV.
Thanks for the info! I thought rabbit ears didn’t work after switching to digital yearsssss ago, I’m confused. The baseline was zero channels with my HD tv, except for some free streaming options cuz it’s Roku, and we pay for Netflix, Prime and Hulu.
@@ourfavoritethingsreviewed An antenna is a bit of metal you stick up in the air to catch some of the radio waves as they go flying past. Their size and shape depends on the intended frequency. All of the smarts for whether the signal is digital, analog and so on is inside the TV. A "converter box" is the tuner and smarts part of a TV that then outputs a signal your old analog TV can work with. The cable companies and some other folks have worked at making people confused so don't feel bad. My old analog TV dates from before the world went digital. With a $40 converter box and the same antenna as was used before the switchover, I get perfectly good reception. Chances are it you stuck a paperclip or a few feet of wire into the antenna input you would get something. I happen to live between two markets so I get stations from two directions mostly. This means I get the same network on two channels in a lot of cases but I get 127 channels total. Of those maybe 5 have something I would willingly watch.
@@kensmith5694 LOL thank you for the "so don't feel bad", cuz I was starting too, it definitely is confusing!! We don't have an old analog TV, just this newer HD Roku TV. That's amazing you get 127 channels!! About a decade ago we had a flat antenna we put in the window. We got great reception, mostly watched PBS kids for our toddler, then we moved and couldn't get any decent reception and started paying for streaming. That's when I learned what your building is made of and buildings around you make a helluva difference! I'm really surprised we didn't get more and better channels with this Fowod antenna, maybe we just have too much interference going on?
@@ourfavoritethingsreviewed I wouldn't expect a youngster like you to have an analog TV. I just included that to explain the "box". To be a good antenna for TV, the antenna needs to be about a foot wide at least. There is a bit of physics that says it should be about 1/2 of a wavelength for the signal. If you look up the RF channel in MHz for a station and don't mind metric, you can use Wavelength = 300meters/MHz
i'm so sorry i just looked on amazon uk and you're right, can't find any 3-wheel electric scooters, just so weird! i would recommend calling a local bicycle shop, they may have or advise you where to find locally?
Migraine ? Change your diet to a clean carnivore diet and the migraines will go away. Dr Ken Berry can help you. Also No Carb Life has videos about migraine. People get rid of migraine by eating a proper human diet.
@@ourfavoritethingsreviewed haha I guess because I live in a tropical country lol. I have no use for the heating. Wanted to buy this for the cooling. Probably would have cost less without that feature
just this 1 pair and i actually brought with me in March to Iceland and they were AMAZING at blocking wind and keeping me warm and dry! i'm keeping them on hand for the random rainy day walks and travel.
i was sent them to review, my kids are obsessed with them!! <3 you can see more about them or buy from my commission earning amazon affiliate link: geni.us/PJd58
I Am Finally Comment #1 on 5-13-2024 @10:31pm Central Time This is the new one right? How much better is it than the older version you showed us? Well does it get hotter or is it cooler? Does it charge the same my phone goes up to 15w.
so... i have 3 from torras, this one included, they're all great and i haven't experienced any getting hot. really just depends if you need 5k or 10k mah and if you need a kickstand on it LOL! this one is definitely the slimmest, but not really lighter than the other 5k. 10k is the heaviest but has the most juice! i have reviewed all of these on this channel if you search you should be able to find each review, lemme know if you need links
everyone's needs and preferences are so different, first of all, they're all great cases! great quality, protective etc. with regular ring vs o-stand (spinning), if you want to be able to adjust the angle and way to use the kickstand more, get the o-stand. *personally* i prefer a magsafe case that is a bright and colorful fun design LOL then i use magsafe accessories as needed - i have a magsafe powerbank, magnetic backed pop socket, torras magnetic ring grip, and some magnetic phone mounts i use for filming.
I got mine a few days ago and tried using it today. I turned it on, but it won't run. I've tried being on and off it, tried the buttons, but it's not working. ???
oh no!! i didn't have any trouble myself, I'm so sorry to hear it! I dont work for them, I recommend contacting them directly for support, this is contact info on their website: CALL: 1-(888)-292-4009 contact@walkingpad.com
