If you want to change stuff like traits, there's a cheat to get back into full-edit create a sim! Just look up sims 4 cheats and you should get a ton of stuff that might be helpful. Love this video btw!!
Also, the reason that other guy wouldn't sleep was because he couldn't get to the bed! You'd have to move it so he could get to it. Sims are dumb lol. Also, Aspirations are the gold things on the bottom right where all the needs and inventory stuff is, it's the one on the left of the career panel!
