I didn’t use a specific reference for this particular drawing since I based it on my own knowledge and experience. However, when I need inspiration or guidance, I usually search for exactly what I want to draw. For example, if I wanted to draw a muscular male torso, I’d literally search for that, something like "muscled male torso from 3/4 view or front view,..." to find good references to study.
