We have not had a positive experience on Norwegian and have not had a negative experience on 75 cruising days on HAL. We might try Norwegian again just to confirm we don’t care for the company but haven’t been able to bring ourselves to do it.
As you can see I made this video almost three years ago and pre-pandemic. I really found that the experiences were equivalent with HAL maybe edging ahead for me but I am part of that slightly older demographic. I did a Princess cruise this year and it was good but only at 50% capacity and that made it uncrowded and relaxed.
You have a very quiet voice, and it's not mike'd up. Even with my volume cranked up, I had some difficulty in hearing some of your discourse. Then your included videos of evening performances were very loud, and I had to crank down my volume. Then you were speaking again, and I had to crank my volume up again.
The "main" entertainment on HAL remindes me of the side shows on Carnival. I was very impressed with Carnival's Broadway type shows. HAL looks depressing...

For 2021 choices are limited and happen to be NCL vs HAL. Helpful indeed. Thanks. I travel solo most of the time, so at the end the decision factor tend to be itinerary and time of the year traveling. PS Try HAL new ships, still the same but bigger and even more elegant than the old ones.

I cruised on the Eurodam before, I think you will enjoy it, I advise you buy the spa package just for use of the thermal Spa. Nice ship extremely great crew

They are video collections of photos so they are, in fact, movies. My iPad automatically makes "Memories" videos of my photos and organizes them into either geographic or dates.
