Yes I did. Everything was linked to a crankshaft sensor. Not to bad to get to. If it's just a battery light glowing dimly it's probably an alternator issue but make sure your battery is good before doing anything else.
@@JonBoy1970 crankshaft sensor or camshaft sensor? I got codes for my exhaust camshaft sensor and replaced it, and now my battery light and intake camshaft sensor keeps throwing a code. I’ve had a few of these cars but never this issue
@BJ-fk9sq well.. if the codes are saying that then it could be the cam shaft sensor. I replaced both cam sensors and the fault was still there. Like I said in my reply. Crankshaft sensor will be the issue. And fit ones from bmw.. not cheaper versions because they don't not work. The car as long gone so can not assist any more on this other than jobs I have done previously. Your want the fault gone change all 3 and buy genuine sensors. Not cheap but I bet it fixes it. You were on old tyres plus they were cold when you slowed down so in really life if you’re racing on slicks and suddenly slow down for 30+ sec which you did, yes you will have poo tyres and no more grip therefore they aren’t warm anymore. GT7 is awesome so don’t knock it. It’s the best Sim racer out there.
BTW, for the McLaren GT4, you only need to rev the engine out to 2/3 - 3/4 of the shift indicator before shifting. That's the optimal power band for this car. Revving it out to redline is actually slower. Yes, the penalty system is a joke.
@@JonBoy1970 any time! It’s weird because the McLaren 650S GT3, you rev the snot out of to get optimal power, but the GT4 is the exact opposite. Such a strange design choice by PD 😂.
Depends what you mean by SIM. Used to play project cars. And still play assetto Corsa. Will get a pc .. well a newer one and give that a go. My initial point though is how messed up this game is. Shame though. It's actually good.
that lap 6 incident is such garbage. Usually, the game ghosts their car during a spin out. I bet for some reason that it registered him still on track because he was facing straight ahead and the collision was his bumper. Awful detection.
True but however in a race you see someone losing control, you will be stupid not to lift the throttle in caution, but its a game so we ignore hazards.

Its better to race with bots, most players use bots or hacks online, so just play with bots man, at least you know they are bots. They wont fuck you on purpose, they race better than humans, so, my question is, WHY are you racing with humans? How many times have you tried to start it? These are return lines, so to my knowledge it shouldn't be the reason for a non start. There are injector feed lines which are fed under pressure. (Common Rail)The other side to those lines. Which can affect the car. Have you disconnected anything else? are you leaking Diesel around the area you broke you return line? is it possible the line has become blocked? Broken plastic entering the system, or did you find the piece you broke? My car at 90000 mile failed an injector, it was leaking fuel constantly. in the end i couldnt start the car as i was losing inject line pressure on all 6cylinders as a result. Car ran lumpy, no power, and when i fitted new injector, the car smoked for 20 minutes like hell, then it cleared up and been fine ever since.But changde fuel pressure rail regulator, (Near the front of the common rail) scan it with inpa theres loads of videos on that, if you a techie try Carly, or get a OBD scanner of some description. sorry for slow reply and hopefully given you an idea of whats going on.
