Solid price. Not sure about Ocala though. I’m a Floridian and Ocala has a bit of a bad reputation as a city. To be fair, I’ve never been but I’m open seeing it. Solid pricing given the housing market in my area. This home where I’m at would easily go for $400k+
It's definitely worth checking out, the city has a very natural charm! Ocala's also undergoing some solid developing, so, in a few years these home prices will likely be in that same $400k range!
Plenty of windows 😂😂$150,000 is where the price of this house should be at. Who is the builder? Have neighbors, but can set up a fence😂 I wasn't aware Ocala has peeping Toms. The closing cost is built into the price. 500 grand for a house this size in Orlando, Miami, 😂. Interest rates are a jike now. The modern family gets ripped off today. Interest rates are horrible even for folks with great credit. Builders. Banks are motivated by greed, one of Satans grab holds. Very awesome at the end mentioning God. Nice job talking about the house, promoting it.
From the blue overspray on the porch, stucco patch job by the garage, and the lazy baseboard trim job, I couldn’t imagine the terrible build quality of this home.
The home wasn’t on the market yet when we filmed this and they were finalizing details and missing appliances but I wanted to give everyone an early sneak peak. I should’ve made that clearer. Thanks for the feedback!
Location is what matters more then anything else in the price of a home in the United States. If you go to certain places in the United States a medium sized brick home can be bought for 10$. If you go to other places in the US an empty plot of land costs 2 million dollars.
Love the fact that you DON’T see the kitchen as you enter . House is missing a foyer, and a front porch. The front of the house could be bought closer up to the garage.
Where are you coming up with these silly payments? Home cost $570000. You're saying monthly payment is 4900. On a 30 year mortgage your paying 1.8 mil. Lmao. You're silly man
That’s a great point you’re making, I see how that can be confusing. The monthly payments I calculate aren’t based off the principal balance alone because that’s not what you’ll pay realistically. The payments I calculate include interest, taxes, and insurance. On a 30 year loan that can add up BUT it’s still cheaper than renting!
Yes there are multiple larger lots available! They don’t make the home with a 3-car garage option but since there’s no hoa you can certainly build an added garage space!
Romans 9:4-10 King James Version 4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises; 5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. 6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: 7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. 9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son. 10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
Unfortunately not with this builder… However, There are other builders in this area that do allow for that! If you’d like some info i’m more than happy to share!
Hold on. $8800 in closing cost when paying cash?? I bought my last house of 2100sf cash and paid $800 (eight hundred) in closing costs. What is this?! The builder is also running the title company and they make more money off of people just the F&I at the dealership?
You are right! Paying cash avoids plenty of closing costs since there are no lender fee’s etc. Now in the video I use 3% since it is the average in Florida and I felt it kept things simpler. But moving forward i’ll be more detailed. Thanks for the feedback!
I like this house except i prefer a covered back porch. Which should be included in that cost in Florida. Its a deal breaker for me not having the covered porch. Otherwise, this house is so nice!!! Thanks for info
I agree, covered lanai would definitely be a cherry on top for this home! I’ll be sure to make a video on a similar home to this but with a covered lanai so be on the lookout for that! Thanks for watching! 😊
