Way more than what it should of been in 5 years. Income remained the same for most people and homes are built no different with just bare minimum code requirements Not from experience” but I would assume being realtor is difficult these days when the middle class dosent see that 800k value in that home when back it was maybe high 4”s low 500k, that’s just the reality of things.
