At ending 3 her friend invited her to the cafè someone sent her a gift and there only 2 seen characters in the game: the stalker and her friend. The 'gift' was the stalker I think but what if her friend helped the stalker and Lacey found out and killed her? At the red party her friend wasn't there too. That could explain why Lacey called her a bitch and wanted her to go to hell.
