Her childhood passion for music resulted in her starting a talent development and management company called The Bassline Group where she develops and manages the careers of creatives. She holds both a BA and MBA in Marketing, teaches Music Industry Marketing at Baldwin Wallace University, and does Digital Communications for the #1 Youth Basketball Training Academy in the country.
