I have the P7500 and the sheets shoot out onto the floor just like this and the rack no matter the adjustment, will not catch them or will catch them and they are all stacked inside of each other and require separating which takes time. Also a loud screeching noise when it runs out of paper.

I purchased this and receive it today. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how the heck to get paper holder to let me slide more than a single sheet of paper to cut at the same time. If I can't find an answer I will have to return it because I am not about to cut one piece of paper at a time. No directions in English so why sale in USA

So we took a deep breath and bought this big guy. Wow. The bin holds a tremendous amount of paper, and we're using it with the clear plastic bags provided. That way we can empty the crosscut shreds in the clear bag and it's accepted by our recycle vendor. Cannot believe how many pieces of paper it shreds at one time, so quickly and quietly. We love Fellows products.*

I watched the video b/c I wanted to see the inside of the shredder. But all this shows is how to insert paper in the machine. It is as important to see the inside - how to open it , is there a bin inside, etc. This video didn't help me at all.
