He did well but he ain’t been in with a serious opponent until this fight and he got a split decision that could of gone either way , he has flaws and is very one dimensional but he is still one tough cunt and got some big minerals taking part
@@bigdog4865 lots to work on as always I've improved loads from my first fight and will continue to improve. Bkfc was a big step up I now know what level I need to be at 💯 lots off work going in already and will be a different animal for my next one 💪
Ime no fighter but follow Olympus, I've noticed Adrian n Stenton have improved their skills,,not has wild n frantic,,pickin their shots,,there working hard behind scenes I think 🏁🏁🏁
I've seen this Stenton grow from a tough little bstard with no skills into an absolute warrior. I think he could really go places in BK fighting as long as he has a good trainer and manager.
Was chatting to some of the Olympus lads outside The Corn Law in Rotherham couple of weeks ago, proper lads and massive respect to you all who take part 👊🏻
At least I know next time that it’s an anything goes kinda ref lol I’ll have to practice my knee and headbutt blocks more haha It was was entertaining watching it back I had a little chuckle to my self after, I’m just buzzing that I got the opportunity in the first place There wasn’t much I could fault but I wasn’t expecting to be stopped from scoring my second knockdown since all his body parts were above ground I’m sure that he would have if in a different position, and If the ref had let me continue I don’t think ben would have charged across the ring the video would have certainly benefited from that, it could have been prevented but like I say I don’t think he saw at the right angle… the ref did the best job he could have considering we’re both twice the weight of him lol… I’m glad he got back in time to stop another incident tho I thought he actually stopped the fight when I let my hands go for the second knockdown but he didn’t give an 8 count and he didn’t call it a stoppage so I was confused I was hoping for a DQ after everything but I got an extra round instead, I accepted because I thought I would be disqualified if I didn’t continue… it gave me another opportunity to show the crowd what I’m made of so it added some more experience to my understanding So I learned to Expect the un expected and defend your self at all times The ref can’t decide how the fighters deal with the pressure on the day so… All in all appreciate the refs best efforts he definitely gave some sense of control over the matter if he wasn’t there things could definitely have gotten worse so I’m healthy and safe thanks to him I really really appreciate Olympus for giving me the opportunity to come to the show, they really helped me achieve more than they will know from my personal perspective without going into too much detail I hope this message comes across as constructive and appreciative as these are my intentions Thanks a lot guys!
@@OlympusFightClub-yk1ck definitely was mate the crowd definitely didn’t help screaming it’s a good job it calm down abit both fighters definitely need control over their temper
@@OGS-zr7zk I tried my best, I apologise if I did anything wrong… at the time I was In protective mode… I wasn’t sure on a lot of things but it was my first BKB on a day or twos notice I’ll definitely try better next time Any tips as I’m not entirely sure where I went wrong? I tried apologising after I was pulled down in the first round because I landed on top un intentionally but I didn’t want to fall down and end up in a situation but that’s all I can think of other than the clinch where I took a knee to the head It was bang on 3 seconds when I took the knee so I really did need to keep covered as long as possible because it actually rocked me, I definitely shouldn’t have stayed in the clinch so long tho I get that but I thought the ref saw what happened I’ve looked on many angles as I have footage from the other side of the ring also, I watched the footage back I would love to get some feedback so I can improve how things look in the future and create the best outcome for the crowd and the camera Many thanks
@@leesharp569 as a spectator it was the aggression between you both it bounced off each other and at times looked like you both lost control of your temper always try keep a calm head during boxing you will see openings for jabs or hooks that you probably won’t read well when your wanting to take heads off 😂 and I could tell you was being pulled a lot and personally I’d just try keep that distance enough to do a few jabs or combos but enough so he can’t grab on to you but mainly do what you feel comfortable doing in the ring practice will always make perfect along with effort and commitment once you put your mind to it anything’s possible but for the future I hope the best and keep grinding ❤️
@@OGS-zr7zkyeah I see what you mean by keeping the distance… I’m usually good at that I don’t know what happened these heavyweights are strong so when they are on top of you especially after you give a punch from a low angle it’s hard to get them off and get back to distance I guess I’ll have to work on that clinch game and get some more strength so I can get away quicker easier I’m a big geezer tho it’s hard when your 21 stone 🤣 I’ll try slow down next time that might look more calm maybe… ill definitely find out how many rounds I’m meant to do… it will give me some time to breathe for the later rounds, I wasn’t sure if I was doing 3 or 33 as I took the fight on short notice I appreciate the feedback many thanks
