Well when there was bail it was abused when the judges were giving people with petty larceny 50,000 dollar bails and 1 million for a damn misdemeanor and now you can commit murder apparently and have no bail when the people lost there ability to self police and defend themselves and property is when the real justice system failed it’s been this circus ever since no justice only political agendas

I'm on Long Island, facing a false arrest for gun possession for gun that's not mine, was not on me, don't have my fingerprints or DNA on it, and there's video of me inside the store while the driver of the car in the parking lot threw the gun out the window. Video shows me inside while this is happening with no clue about it but yet I was charged w8th CPW2 upto 15 years I face. I'm 100% innocent and the detective fabricated a false written confession but it's not signed with my signature obviously. I need a good lawyer cus my legal aid lawyer is jerking me around, trying to get me to plea to something. He sees I'm innocent and there's so many holes and contradictions in their case yet he hasn't brought any of that to the ADA and showing him his case has more holes than Swiss cheese. But instead he isn't and is just trying to close this case.

I'm seriously considering hiring a private attorney because this Public Pretender, I mean, Defender, is not trying to close this case with an outcome that suits my best interests, but rather just getting me to plea to something, anything, so he can just move on from the case. He has ZERO incentive to seek an outcome most favorable to me, plus, I don't have much faith in a man Defending me being paid and employed by the very same ppl trying to convict me and put an innocent person in prison for upto 15 yesrs!!
