The Electoral commission is about to display the voters register exhibition tomorrow but NDC is yet to receive the copy of the register through which they can control and verify the names and the number of the voters. That's why the NDC is not ready to sign any peace treaty with anyone if the right thing is not done. This attitude is a clear definition to rig an election.
