This is solid, slight little changes for myself. Personally I knee lever easily in gi, not so much in no gi, so that’s 1st one is clutch!! I also I’ve that the drag and 2 on 1 are options for when 1st one fails. Realistic sequences are what’s needed, appreciate this 👍🏽
Only people that drill and grapple will appreciate and understand this. Someone who has never grappled before will have zero idea of how many gems are in this video
This is classic folk style wrestling and I 100% agree with your technique here. If you can get that wrist, you’re in good shape. If you can’t, the battle is harder, but this is the end result that you want. Nice job
100% folk style! Got to train with him San Diego couple weeks ago. Craig jones has a similar follow up when you can't get wrist control. I think he calls it a hip sit! Phil was saying he loves giving people the first hook and purposely letting them get longer and deeper with it. Found it a really dope concept had to share! Thanks for the comment coach breza, love your content!
@@southbostonbjj4767 yeah the key is to get that inside elbow between you and him. If the wrist not available, then you have to do a few things to shake them to one side-there are different schools of thought on this. I am not a big fan of teaching people to sit out, because then you don’t have the power of your legs. When someone sits out on me, I am using the power half to control them to where I can switch to the RNC. If they belly down, I will do the same thing. So, I would rather maintain my base and get the hell out of there. I use a number of ways, but sit outs for me were always a risky position against good leg riders. In wrestling, you got a crossface from hell coming your way…sometimes I will use that to set up a variation of a bulldog choke if they try to get to their own back. Just depends on what I am feeling. Thanks brother. Take care
All the danaher guys feel it’s necessary to give a freaking vocabulary and history lesson along with each technique. It’s like having Neil de grasse Tyson teach you how to kill someone 😂
brilliant instruction master, awesome details 🥇🥇🏆🏆 show series techniques on this UKE 7:19 🥋🥋 toe hold, kneebar, bow and arrow choke, finish on the back, sankaku jime (every sankaku), gogoplata from mount, guard pretty please thank you have fun!
Nice work, was just analyzing this match. Arm drag off the weave, heelhook off the legdrag/hip and knee post defense, high step pass using a hand grip instead of a shoulder post, back take in response to the KOB counter. 4 big things I took away from the match.
